Super comfortable and it is my husband’s favorite place to sleep! Very easy to clean. The quality is nice but not amazing. The arm rest and backs of the couch are thin. But overall a really great couch and loveseat.

Super excited to have gotten this within 4 days! Shipping was super fast. It said it would come in 6 boxes, it came in 4. I got the 5 seater with 2 ottomans. All pieces were there. I almost put it together with the back slanted but then realized all I had to do was turn it around and it was straight lol. Its absolutely huge. 9.5 feet both sides each. The cushions are very wide, which i love. Its not as cloud like as I wanted so far but im going to give it the 48 to 72 hours before I decide that for sure. The back cushions are kind of hard and so are all the pillows but I added my own and its quite perfect for the kids and I. Highly recommend. I put this together in 2.5 hours by myself with taking multiple breaks (I have a small child) 😆 ... show more

Love the color! It comes vacuum sealed. We ordered this couch (3 section sofa + 2 ottomans) as a replacement but didn’t want to break the budget on any furniture while we still have kids/teens in the house. The couch is super easy to put together, nice and puff on the parts you sit and easy to nap on. I will say, it isn’t as tall as it looks in the online pictures and the back of the couch is especially short when sitting down. That doesn’t bother me but my husband says he can feel the wooden frame in the upper part of his back. One thing that I definitely don’t love is that the cushions that go behind your back are way too thin. It would be nice if they were double the thickness. Overall, not mad about the purchase- love the color, price, and functionality! I don’t imagine we will have this couch for more than 5 years (will probably move out with a college student) but it is good for us now. ... show more

Do not buy this couch. This has been the worst amazon experience. The couch is the worst quality and doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s misleading. The fabric is cheap and the back panel of the couch is literally some fabric and you’re expected to use flimsy poorly constructed pillows for the back. Genuinely the worst couch and customer service that will not let you return in. I’ve talked to customer service and the seller like 20x and cannot resolve the issue, It’s been one problem after the next. I first received the order with a missing ottoman. I had to contact customer service to receive it. It comes vacuum sealed in 5 small boxes and I already didn’t like the quality, but it says to allow 72hrs to expand so I did and I still hated it and the quality for the price. Then when it came to returning it they lowballed and offered me partial refunds to keep it and said that if it isnt in the original packaging, I won’t receive a refund anyways. I would also have to pay for my own shipping. However, it CANNOT physically fit. This whole process has been a scam. I’ve tried to resell it and no one will buy it for more than $200. It’s a TEMU couch. They can’t sell heavy items and then deny refunds and a carrier pickup option. You cannot expect to sell a super heavy expandable item and tell the buyer to pack it up and return it themselves and fit it back in the original tiny packaging. ... show more
