After performing the original OOBE setup the workstation felt incredibly slow, was not able to perform a reset from within the OS so I went the usual route of installing Windows in a pre-boot environment via USB. Something seemed off when the installer saw a strange disk without a serial number. I proceeded to delete each partition and found that once the final one was nuked the workstation no longer had a disk! Opened the overheating machine up to find that the internals had been ripped out - No SSD as the page advertises, no DDR4 RAM as the page advertises. This machine was gutted and virtualized with insufficient cooling in place - A giant heat sink with no fan to move the heat away from the internals. 0/10 definitely got scammed. ... show more

Amazingly slow. Too good to be true! I think possibly the software for this product is part of the past so it doesn't upload quickly. I have a Lenovo laptop and it's like lightning. I believe this model needs to be retired.

Like others have said, this unit is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! Do not buy if you need fast or even moderate speed for work, streaming video etc. I had purchased other Lenovo CPUs with no issues, but this one is pretty much unusable.

Do not buy. Lenovo does not support formware updates to this model. So slow as to be ununusable unless you use a lite version of Linux. Even then the CPUs are overloaded. Will not buy from this shop again.

I really wanted to like this computer, but it is soooooo slow. Only needed something for email, internet, and Office suite for Word and Excel documents, but it lags even just checking emails online. If you don't mind waiting 2-3 seconds between mouse clicks, and waiting a full minute just for a one page Word doc to open, then this is for you. Unfortunately, I don't want to go back to the floppy disk and dot matrix printer era, so this computer is not for anyone living post 1988. ... show more

Do not buy! Brand new computer and it is the slowest running thing I’ve ever used. My two year old Lenovo laptop with a full hard drive runs circles around this. Thought it would make a good computer to use in my office for estimates and invoicing….NOT!

This is not even a home friendly mini computa. From the beginning, I was having issues so I called in my IT guy to help set it up and we both found it to be terribly slow in up loading and downloading. TERRIBLY SLOW!. After working at his availabilty to solve the issues and by his data digging, I was not the only one. Many had the same under whelming experience. It seems that it was built for Windows 2023 (11), but was not on the compatability list from Microsoft. The version of Windows 11 is running is the Autumn 2023 update and can not update to current Autumn2025 version. So long story short, since I bought in Dec of 2025 and it is beyond the return date, I am stuck with it. SLOW SLOW SLOW, not worth it and a blotch to Leveno Think Center name. ... show more
