Super excited to have gotten this within 4 days! Shipping was super fast. It said it would come in 6 boxes, it came in 4. I got the 5 seater with 2 ottomans. All pieces were there. I almost put it together with the back slanted but then realized all I had to do was turn it around and it was straight lol. Its absolutely huge. 9.5 feet both sides each. The cushions are very wide, which i love. Its not as cloud like as I wanted so far but im going to give it the 48 to 72 hours before I decide that for sure. The back cushions are kind of hard and so are all the pillows but I added my own and its quite perfect for the kids and I. Highly recommend. I put this together in 2.5 hours by myself with taking multiple breaks (I have a small child) 😆

Wow. This couch has exceeded my expectations tremendously.. I have researched cloud couches for the past 3 months and this one had the best reviews. I see why. It came about 3 days early, so shipping was very fast. I am a middle aged woman and brought the boxes in by myself. They are a little heavy and I am use to lifting, so it may be too heavy for some to move by themselves. The instructions were awesome. Only has a few screws and other hardware and the instructions are very clear. I put it together one piece at a time and it took me about 2 hours to complete it. The cushions are very soft and good material. The couch is very sturdy. Made out of heavy wood. The couch was so big , I was able to use one section as a chair. I am going to purchase another ottoman to go with the chair. I would definitely buy this couch again. I caught it on flash sale and I am so glad I made the purchase. When I get the chair put together , I will post another pic. So I said when I assembled my chair I would repost. Here is the extra section that came from the couch. I have purchased arm rests and an extra ottoman to go with it. It is almost a double seat. If you are having mixed decisions to buy or not, I highly recommend you do.

Very Disappointed With This Couch The emerald green color of this couch is absolutely beautiful, and that was honestly my favorite thing about it. I purchased it for my grandson and his parents because they had just moved, and I wanted to do something nice for them. Unfortunately, the quality of the couch is very disappointing. The couch arrived in three boxes and was vacuum-sealed. Once opened, I immediately noticed that the pillows were very thin. My son assembled the couch, and that is when we realized how flimsy and thin the back of the couch is. It does not feel sturdy enough to safely lean or sit against, and I am concerned that the back could break. I went back and looked at the reviews after discovering this problem and found that other customers had reported similar issues, along with many other negative reviews. I contacted the seller and requested a refund because I believe the couch is defective. I was then told that I would have to pay $320 to return it. I explained that I should not be responsible for a return shipping cost for a defective product. The seller eventually offered me a 50% refund if I kept the couch. I declined because fixing the problem would likely cost even more. We would have to reinforce the back with stronger boards and somehow find matching material, and there is no guarantee it would look right or be safe afterward. I have been going back and forth with the seller about this since July 29, 2026, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I also don't understand how I am supposed to return the couch when it arrived vacuum-sealed and cannot realistically be put back into the original boxes the way it was shipped. I purchased this couch in good faith because I wanted to provide something nice for my grandson and his parents. The color is beautiful, but unfortunately, the quality and customer service have been a major disappointment. My advice to potential buyers: please read all of the reviews carefully before purchasing. I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews before placing my order.

This modular sectional sofa was my first-ever couch purchase for my first apartment with three kids, and it has been a great choice overall. Assembly & Delivery: Very easy to assemble—just like many other reviews mentioned. It arrived one week earlier than expected and was delivered over two separate days in about 4–5 boxes, which was convenient and manageable. Comfort: The couch truly has that “cloud couch” feel. It’s extremely comfortable, and my kids have already fallen asleep on it several times. It’s great for lounging and family movie nights. Color & Maintenance: I was hesitant to order a lighter color, but I’m glad I did. It looks beautiful and is easy to clean, which is a big plus with kids. Design & Value: The modular design is very versatile. I plan to order an additional ottoman to create a full bed-sofa setup. For the price, this couch is an excellent value. Cons / Suggestions for Improvement: • The back cushions could be thicker for better support. • The ottomans slide a bit, so I recommend placing the couch on an area rug to help keep them in place. Overall: Despite a few minor improvements—this couch is a fantastic buy for the comfort, price, and ease of assembly. I took a lot of time reading different reviews on many different modular sectionals , as well as looking at the larger furniture stores , to finally choose what I thought was best for us. I purchased this "modular" sectional and although the cushions are comfortable, I'm disappointed that it is not a true modular sectional. after assembly you cannot move the pieces around. they don't slide in and out by attachment like other truly modular sofas. these separate pieces are screwed together on the bottom and back sides. this is not a modular piece, but rather a sectional arriving in pieces to make shipment for the manufacturer easier and cheaper, and the consumer has to assemble. you can arrange the separate pieces as you want pre assembly only and the ottomans of course by definition are separate pieces. the seat cushions are like thick pillows attached to the seats and are soft and comfy. however, the backings are thin and don't give much support. also there are gaps in back between the pieces so it looks awkward and cheap. I moved one arm rest over to the opposite side for additional back support. you can't purchase extra arm rests or cushions from them. also if the back of the couch will show in your layout then don't get this because the lines of separate seats looks weird from behind. it was not easy assembling the corner part of the sectional because someone needs to help you lift it into place to secure the screws. the directions should have you assembled the corner first then add on the additional seats. the fabric is very soft and our dog's hair doesn't stick to it so it easy to clean. I would recommend the sofa for someone who needs something cheaper quickly , but if you have time and ability to spend more it's better to purchase from a furniture store and see the actual product in front of you
