So far so good. Still waiting for it to fully puff up but I'm open to adding poly fill like another user mentioned. Assembly was generally easy but definitely take breaks so you don't catch the dumb like I did and put the backs on backwards. At least I figured it out eventually. 😭 Good size for my small apartment and it's nice to have a couch in a color other than black brown it beige. Fabric is decently soft but I think it should be easy to clean cat hair off of it. It's a little low to the ground but adding some risers solved it for me, personally. ... show more

Our old couch was worn and ragged and it was time to get a new one. We didn't want to pay twice as much money and then even more for shipping, so we went here. The size is perfect for two large people, probably could fit there or four if they are smaller. It is lower to the ground, but I prefer that, it makes it feel cozy. The build feels sturdy. Solid wood base and metal back. My cat did puke on it (she prefers to do so on soft things much to our dismay) and it was easy to clean up. Obviously that isn't a soda or other liquid, but I imagine with the removable covers it should be relatively easy to clean. ... show more

This sofa is beautiful!!!! It’s fluffy, great quality, and the seller is very responsive and caring. I had an issue with the sofa (was user error, had nothing to do with the seller or the sofa) and they followed up and even called to get the issue squared away. The customer service is top tier!!!!     • Great Price but Customer Service Could Use Some Work
I’d like to start off by saying I have no regrets buying this couch. You really cannot beat the price. However, I will say physically the only flaw is that the height of the couch is not what is advertised, it is much shorter. I’d seen other reviews mention this, but I decided to buy it anyway and purchase taller legs for the couch separately. My second note is about the customer service. At first they were very helpful. They contacted me via Amazon to confirm a delivery time and date. Once the couch had been delivered, they reached out again, via Amazon, to ensure everything went smoothly, which I appreciated. But then they started blowing up my phone with multiple calls asking me to answer questions about the delivery process and quality of the product. It was all just a bit much and if you aren’t willing to deal with that, I wouldn’t recommend this couch. However, if you are on a budget and need a spacious couch it is definitely worth it. ... show more

This couch came a little over a week early, so I’m super happy about that. Assembling was pretty easy. The couch is fairly comfortable! It would be fine on its own but I’m ordering some pillow filler like someone else posted. The ottoman did come a little wet (the bag inside was wet, but not soaked so that’s fine. I also ordered talller legs since it is a pretty short couch. Overall I’m super happy with it though! No real issues. ... show more
