I rarely write Amazon reviews, but I want to say: if you’re on the fence about this couch, buy it! It’s big, fluffy, and feels like sitting on a cloud. Don’t worry about sturdiness—you can lean on the sides and back without issue. I set it up by myself (boxes are heavy, but manageable). The cushions come wrinkled, but they relax over time or you can steam them. The color is a unique bone/cream shade that goes with anything. It comfortably seats 3–4 people, the pieces stay in place, and the back pillow covers are removable for washing. Mine was missing one of the two throw pillows, but I’ll contact the seller. For the price, this couch is absolutely worth it. I’m sitting on it now while writing this—and I’m thrilled. I can across this couch watching a tiktok video. I looked it up on Amazon and it had the most reviews out of all the other cloud couches I found and I decided to buy it. Initially, it was supposed to arrive within a week, but to my surprise, it arrived within a couple days. I chose the one with 3 sections and an ottoman. It was so easy to open and put together. I was scared it wouldn't puff up but within a couple hours it was gorgeous. It looked clean, it's soft and so, so comfortable. Not only that, but it looks like a spent a fortune on it and I love it so much. I am able to unzip the pillows (4) it came with to wash and clean, however, the actual couches themselves I cannot remove the covering to clean. It's ok though, I can easily buy a couch cleaner and this con does not outweigh how much I love this couch. And in my photo, I have yet to steam/iron and it still looks fantastic! ... show more

This is actually a very comfortable, sturdy boneless couch. It's perfect for small spaces, entertaining, and re-configuring the shape depending on what you need it for. We have a small living room in a high-rise and it's great to be able to move it around so easily. The cushions don't detach so you do need to clean them regularly, and the material is pretty fine so they show hair and debris easily - so it's again, regular cleaning is a must. But they are definitely good quality, comfortable, the memory foam sections are sturdy, and no one has ever noticed that it's not a 'real' couch. UPDATE: 08/28 ( One month later) I am in actual disbelief. I really want you to read my previous review in detail before reading this because I'm truly at a loss for words. Not merely a week after writing that review did the middle support of sectional give out entirely. I'm talking about somehow someway sitting on this "cloud couch" now felt like a bag of rocks. It's almost as if the inner support just simply died out of nowhere. And I know this to be true because when I sit on either the left or the right seatings, it feels like it did when I originally wrote my initial review. Had this happened a year after purchase? Hey you get what you pay for, but after 3 weeks? I was in total disbelief and they made it genuinely impossible for me to return because, guess what? I don't have an industrial sized vacuum sealer at my disposal so they told me I'm not eligible for a return so now I'm stuck with this woefully uncomfortable sofa. I can't determine if that middle section was just a fluke and I got a bad batch but man was I breathtakingly disappointed. I will give them credit for trying to rectify by giving a partial refund but when you spent $600 expecting a product to last longer than a month, the gesture comes off a bit futile especially their adamant desire to prevent you from returning it. Initial review: I've had this couch for two weeks now and have sat on it for an immense amount of time. I've done 5-6 gaming marathons to put it through its paces and it's been extremely comfortable throughout the entire time. The only caveat is that its listed height is 18.9 inches, but once you sit down into its deep sinking foam you'd be lucky to clear 16 inches. Not the end of the world, but if you're already a culprit of r/tvtoohigh then this will hurt your neck even more when you're forced to look up to your TV. I had to drop my TV 5 inches to stop the pain. But hey some folks have their TVs above fireplaces and if that's you, then this is a non-issue. The blue color is fantastic and the support is definitely there. Push, but not TOO plush where you feel like a bean bag. It is hard to get out of though so if you're a heavier set person, this might be a tad uncomfortable for you. I'm 5'11 and 185 male and can comfortably spread myself across the couch and feel at ease when I sit down. It was super easy to take it out the box. The second picture is it freshly out the box and you can all the wrinkles and at first I was like bruh did I just get scammed? But the first picture is it after 72 hours and man what a difference. If you sit on it the first day you're going to be dissatisfied just like me but I promise you, the quality is CERTAINLY there after you give 72 hours- a week. It fits perfectly in my space and I'm extremely happy with this new set up. I highly recommend. The only reason I'm knocking a point is because of that height discrepancy, besides that, terrific couch. Now will it last as long as a bone in couch? Probably not. But for like $500-$800, this is a good couch for the next couple of years. ... show more

I really like the look and size of this sectional — it fits our living room perfectly and was super easy to set up. That said, I do wish it was more supportive and sturdier, since it definitely has a very soft, sink-in feel. When it arrived, it also needed to be steamed to get the wrinkles out, which took a little extra effort but made a big difference. Overall it’s comfortable and looks nice, just not ideal if you’re looking for something firm or structured and I am worried about the longevity of this product. ... show more

Day 17 of having this couch, and I love it. I was very nervous to get a boneless couch, but I think I made a good decision! It came in 4 seperate boxes and it was easy to set up. I let it expand for 72 hours before steaming it out. I waited another 24 hours after steaming it and fluffing it up more. This couch is worth every penny. It was really easy to set up, and I didn’t even have to steam it to get the wrinkles out. As long as you follow the directions when setting it up, everything falls into place. I like that it’s boneless, so it’s easy to move around and adjust. It took about 2–3 days to fully expand, and once it did, the wrinkles went away on their own. I have it on a rug and it doesn’t slide or move, which I like. The color and texture are also really nice in person. The video was taken when the couch was first unboxed after about 10 hours, and the picture was taken a couple months after I got it.
