I bought 7 of these for my shop and so far in a year 2 of them have busted. Same problem for both of them. There's a plastic holder that holds the cord inside of the reel near the end. When the reel is run all the way out this plastic snaps and breaks. There is a warning line on the end of the reel but it's easy to go past and break it. As long as you don't use it to it's full extension you should be alright. ... show more
