The media could not be loaded. Amazing! Do not worry about customer service, they are on point. We had one mishap and it was taken care of swiftly, they communicate and are quick to make you happy. It's a game changer for living in NY. Between the bugs and the weather having a mind of it's own it adds so many hours/days/moments enjoying nature and enjoying your home. Win/Win !! Did not expect to love it this much. It took my very handy husband and I a day and a half to put it together but if we had started earlier we would have gotten it done in a day. Very good quality! We are AMAZED on how clear you can see through the screen... Hardly even know it is there. You will not be disappointed. After hours and hours of research we would definitely buy it again!!

The item came damaged a little in shipping but seller took care of it.The item is very nice and sturdy and looks awesome on our patio.It took me and my husband about 8 hours to put together with a impact drill.The directions was ok but they had some parts wrong to be put together but common sence kicked in.Now just waiting for cooler weather. LOL!
