  • Quality product
The ROG Strix G15CK Gaming Desktop PC with Intel Core i7-10700KF and the GeForce RTX 2060 Super is really a power machine. I was somewhat disappointed that I had to update the ram to 32 Gb, because it only comes with 16GB DDR4 RAM. They should have installed a 1Tb SSD instead of the 512GB SSD. I only use a wired connection and haven't really tried the Wi-Fi 6 connection. I love the ROG Strix Flare Keyboard & Gladius II Mouse. I updated the home Windows 10 Home to the professional version. I also installed the ASUS ROG Strix LC 240 RGB AIO Liquid CPU Cooler 240mm Radiator which runs fantastic. Alas, there are some negative things to point out 😒. 1. Not enough memory, you should install another 16 Gb at minimum. (3200 MHz works just fine even if the system says it's running at 2900 MHz). This was recommended from Crucial online. 2. You should update to windows professional for security reasons. 3. The ASUS ROG Strix LC 240 RGB AIO Liquid CPU Cooler 240mm Radiator fits only towards the front with the radiator connections at the bottom and the fans pulling the air into the system, but if you don't know your way around building computers, then it could be difficult for you to fit it. There is no monitoring software from Asus for the CPU cooler. At least after burning through their pages several times, I couldn't find anything. Don't look for Asus... Look for Republic of Gamers "ROG". At the moment I am using the MSI Afterburner software to monitor the CPU temperature. 4. The Asus Armory Crate software will not install at all. Tried everything, but even being an experienced computer technician, programmer and network engineer, I couldn't get it to work. If someone has a "solid solution", then say something. (not just "it works on my system). 5. Stick with the Aura software and uninstall the Armory Crate. You must reinstall the Aura software after uninstalling Amory Crate because they work together. 6. The Asus support software really sucks... Watch your steps while installing for the first time and install everything it presents, except the antivirus, but that's up to you. 7. There is no CD/DVD drive, but more than enough 3.0 USB ports to attach one externally. 8. I use Netgear Ready-NAS systems to make images of the system. This helps a lot if I ever have to reinstall and I'm right back where I was before the problem started. All in all, the computer is great and I'm very happy with it. All the lights and gadgets work and it is FAST! Just be prepared to invest some time and effort when updating the memory and liquid CPU cooler. If anyone has Ideas and or wants to exchange some wisdom, then say something... ... show more

  • Slowest PC I Own.
"Up to" 5ghz. It's not close out of the box. You'd have to do some serious overclocking magic on this rock to get it close to 5ghz. For a SSD, I couldn't believe how slowly windows loads. It takes 2:30 to go from start button to welcome screen and that is just nonsense. My 2.4ghz 7-year-old machine loads in :45. The sound card is total garbage, so plan on upgrading that. It claims to be VR ready... Don't believe it. I have a OQ2 and it can't handle even 5fps. The operating system came with so much bloatware that out of the box, it was utilizing 24% of the memory. I had to uninstall so many unnecessary items, I can't even list them all. Really disappointed. I was so excited to have a 'gaming' PC that I could use with my VR... What a let down. ... show more

  • Not windows 10
I bought this with the expectation it was windows 10. Now don't get me wrong this is a great computer for a prebuild. It's a bit noisy and there are times it's a bit worry some that it my be over heating when I play hi-resolution games but it does work well for the price. Still if you are experiencing windows 10 you're gonna find yourself with a windows 11, just a warning. 🙂 ... show more

  • Stopped working in the first week.
Within 5 days my third display stopped working. before that one of the screens would go black for 10-15 seconds. I unplugged the third monitor. Today I am unable to play videos or hear sound on the two monitors. I tried all of the troubleshooting I could to fix it. Including talking to amazon tech support. Neither of us could fix it either. We tried fixing registry, updating windows nothing worked. We copy pasted the error code and worked through every step suggested. Did not fix anything. Do not buy this computer. ... show more

  • False advertisement
I had high hopes for this… so many flaws with it but the biggest one has to be the false advertisement stating it came with a 2060 super but in reality it come with 1660Ti. Single channel ram when is sAys duel channel. Didn’t come with the intel I7 but instead a Ryzen 5. I am very disappointed.
