It’s good looking, and the price made it worth it. We’ve only had it up for 4 weeks. It was fairly easy for three mama’s to assemble. It seemed sturdy before we added the weight bags. I think it will withstand the high winds we get out here. Time will tell.

Just assembled this about a week ago. We had a heavy wind and rain storm the very next day, it seemed to hold up very well. We secured all four corners to the fence with weatherproof cord. I was disappointed that the roof panels were basically some sort of plastic but that was partly my fault for assuming that when they said hardtop, that meant aluminum. My mistake for assuming. Not sure how well panels will hold up but, fingers crossed it lasts a couple of seasons. Now, onto assembly. My husband was a mechanic for nearly twenty years and is very adept at following instructions and assembling things, that being said, it took the two of us nearly six hours to put this thing together. Instructions and illustrations were very poor and hard to understand. We nearly filed for divorce at least twice during assembly, lol! Had he not been a mechanic, not sure but the whole mess might've ended up on the curb on trash day, NOT KIDDING! Buyer beware, this is NOT really a true hardtop, it is some type of plastic panels and who knows how well they will hold up. I will try to update at the end of the season. I paid 500.00 for this, it was a lowest price deal that popped up in my feed. The very next day, it was listed at 839.00. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT! Not really sure it was even worth five hundred, but we shall see. ... show more

Overall we have really enjoyed it so far. It's spacious, and assembled in 1.5 to 2 hours. You can generally do it alone, but the end you need help. So a second person is ideal. It's what the picture shows and good quality, has been sturdy so far, we anchored ours into concrete for more durability. But I believe if there is a high winds, I rhink it would cause issues with the frame. Also, one area of the Canopy catches water when it rains and is causing the fabric to stretch. Possibly due to us assembling it? Or could be a flaw in the design. So cant.say for sure but other than that, it has been great ... show more

Overall, we are satisfied with the item. It was not as great quality as I thought by the description but still good enough quality for the price for which I had a discount code. The instructions were not user-friendly at all and only had images to work with. Couple of glitches in set-up but once we figured out the photo guide, it went up quickly. Seems sturdy but the rain does come through entire roof in heavy streams as the water accumulates on top where the seams are. We may have to cork those sections. Still recommend if the price works - it seems like it will last quite a few seasons. ... show more

10x13. My wife and I put it together in about two hours. The neighbors helped to get the roof on. Instructions were pretty poor. Only had to undo things a few times, on backwards or upside-down type mistakes. Think it through while assembling and take it slow and it works out. Ours is on a wooden deck. I screwed in the base with large wood screws. The unit it very secure. We also scotch guarded to roof canvas which helped. It's really not waterproof, more like water resistant. I suggest spraying the canvas top with Scotchgarde prior to assembly. This helps with the water. Ok for light rain while sitting under it but heavy rain drips through the center. The quality is average. I'm not sure how the welds will hold up under a lot of stress, such as heavy wind or severe rainstorm, but so far, it's doing well. I also purchased the optional 3 yr furniture warranty that Amazon offers since it qualifies as deck furniture. Considering the cost, if we get 3 years of use out of it, it's worth it. Note: If it blows over, you didn't secure it correctly. If it collapsed under the weight of snow, ummm, not surprised. This is not designed to live in, it's designed to provide some shade and minimal shelter. Enjoy it. Update: Several bad storm with 40 mph wind gusts. Solid as a rock. No issues at all. can sit underneath during heavy rain and stay dry. ... show more

Im still going to give 4 stars. I’m sure this was a one time occurrence the product was Beautiful some parts were cracked when it came which made it weak blew away instantly even after staked and weighted down. I do not recommend if you live in windy area and cannot bolt down. If you have a deck and can reinforce the product itself it is even better in person. I wish it would have worked out here return was made easy Amazon was a great help even took 2 boxes because couldn’t not fit in original box. If I did not live near water and wind . I would purchase again. ... show more
