We love it! It held up during a very powerful rain/wind storm. It is much cooler underneath when the sun is beating down and allows the privacy we were looking for. We had a small issue with some parts missing from the original order which delayed the set up. I contacted the company and they sent them right away. Excellent costumer service. The box was open upon receipt. The hardware count was not correct so I needed to go to Home Depot to purchase additional hardware to complete assembly. The instructions are not very clear. Ultimately, I suppose this is a great application of the adage that you get what you pay for and in hindsight, I would have opted to pay slightly more upfront for better quality materials and instructions. What was potentially saved with the price was spent in time and additional cost of going to home depot. ... show more
