4.29.2023 Update. After speaking with the company my issue was resolved quickly. I received a replacement and all is well!! Customer service was great and quick to respond. I am very happy with my product. If you happen to have any issues, please contact the company - they seem happy to help with any issue! The canopy has a lot of holes. I just received it today and promptly put it up as I was excited to have it for shade on my deck. I was disappointed to see so many holes. Also, 3 of the straps that were attached to the canopy to hold it to the frame came off as they were barely sewn on. The seams of the canopy are not very well sewn, I can see through the seams. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the frame seems really sturdy and easy to lift up but it takes 2 people. If the canopy was better constructed I would have given more stars. ... show more

Purchased this tent not easy to put up.like it states. Need 2 ppl. The latches get stuck and tent broke after first use. It's really big. After my first review the seller contacted me and replaced the tent... They shipped it immediately and the customer service has been outstanding. Contrary to my first re view... this product is great. It's easy to put up and they send the walls and sand bag covers as well. It's sturdy and a good size for events. Purchased this canopy May, 2023, put it up June 2023, Completely destroyed by July 15 2023. No storms or wind, some rain, not much. It totally caved into it self one evening. I was hoping to get at least one season NOPE that didn't happen. Reached out to the company..... NO REPLY... >UPDATE< Customer service was outstanding! They graciously offered me my choice of a full refund or a replacement, unheard of these days.... It appears the problem is with the actual manufacturer / quality control. It's a fantastic product but has it's issues / poor workmanship. I truly thank the company for reaching out to me. Hope to do business with them again... THANK YOU, R.M.R. ... show more

I tried it alone, and it just didn't work. I finally got help, and it worked. I ordered this and the canopy I got had a faulty leg, which would not extend all the way down. I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent out another canopy FOR FREE, instead of just replacing the leg. That was awesome. I received the second canopy and had the help of someone to put it up. This one happens to have a leg which does not stay up, so I remedied that myself wrapping a bungy cord around under the notch nice and tight. I did not want to bother the seller again. I was grateful for this one. So folks, there might be some problems with the extension of the legs. Otherwise, I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because 1) there are no complete instructions. Yes. there are instructions, but they do not explain about hanging the sides up...because the way the canopy is made is that once it is up, there are no straight lines to hang the sides on, and the velcro for the middle part (entrance sides) is right where the canopy lines are dipped. I can't explain it until you see it. 2) It is just not a one-person assembly item. I have watched Youtube showing people putting up the canopies alone. I think those are canopies they've had for years and are loosened up. ... show more

After putting up this canopy - less than 2 weeks later we get our first rainstorm and the roof got filled up with water and caved in on itself! The roof is very flimsy and thin, and tore from the weight of the water it collected, My last one from another brand had lasted 4 years, this one didn’t even make it through the month. Update - was contacted by the seller and they refunded my purchase price, very good customer service ... show more

When I first set it up, I loved it, but it is cheaply made, the Velcro that attached the sides and top is not reinforced and will tear off in the lightest wind. Basically one lone of stitching about 1/8" in from the side. The frame is fragile. My sides are all loose and the frame has come apart at the top. Basically junk at this point and a waste of money. Unless your just goi8ng to use it on a totally windless day don't buy it ... show more

    • Buyer beware!
I used it to go camping. One of the bars broke while setting it up and it was so hard to use after that. Beware it’s flimsy and useless. It would be to much of a hassle to return, so I left it by the dumpsters on my way out the camping site.
