The media could not be loaded. I love this amp. It has great sound quality, the bluetooth shows up right away on my phone or laptop. It's super portable and holds charge well! The customer service was really amazing. I thought it had broke, but turns out it wasn't charged so it was making weird noises! Be careful make sure to charge it if it seems to be malfunctioning. It's confusing to tell when it is out of battery at first, because the bluetooth button is what turns red when it is low battery. I reached out to the seller and they were understanding and offered me help or a replacement. We found out that it was the low battery that was making it malfunction. I charged it fully, and it works great again. This amp is really good and it's a great price too! I'd definitely recommend it and the seller.

When I first turned this amp on It seemed to only have distortion even on the clean channel. I fiddled around for a minute and figured out how to get a great clear tone out of it. It's plenty loud to play along with tv and phone. I actually love the tone. Warm and rubbery. I charged it completely and that might of helped with the distortion sound.

I have an acoustic electric bass, which sounds great alone in an empty room. It tends to get washed out when playing along with my brothers on guitar though. This was perfect and portable to be able to hear the bass when playing around the campfire. I wouldn't use it for anything more than a practice amp or something small like with friends. For the price, the sound is what it is. I'd recommend, but don't expect this to play like a larger bass amp.

The fact that I can recharge it in under 90 minutes without using any batteries is why I bought this. Fits comfortably in a backpack or a guitar case with a large pocket inside (check your case and gigbag first before ordering this) and it accepts headphones for private use anywhere and everywhere.

I got the bass version for practice, almost always through headphones. The Bluetooth input is great and so is the rechargeable battery, but it would be even better if it could also connect to a Bluetooth headset. A metronome/rhythm generator would also be nice. The box is a bit top heavy and tends to tip over.

This was fine for a beginner amp but then stopped working after 6 weeks. The sound became intermittent and now it just does not work at all. Guess we should have purchased the warranty.

This amp is okay. Obviously it's not going to be very loud. This is louder than I expected. The overdrive did not sound at all good to me. Just sounded muddy and like it was maddly clipping to the detriment of the whole timbre of the bass. BUT, again, it's a little portable practice amp. I didn't expect a lot. It does allow you to play a bass without lugging around a big amp too. Battery powered is really nice feature -makes playing truly "protable." FOr that, it's a good item. The first one I got sounded a bit distorted EVEN with it set to clean and low tone. I like a clean sound or a touch of tone and maybe a tad of drive. What I heard was not even like good drive - more like bad-electronic distortion and it seemed to be getting worse over the first couple weeks. LIke, markedly worse over time. So I sent it back for exchange. The new one is a bit cleaner and is NOT getting worse over time so I think my first one was bad, BUT, it still does not have a clean sound at any significant volume. If I nudge it above 1/2 gain + 1/2 volume the sound quality starts to break down. It's like it's seriously over-amping the speaker/driver at just under "mid" power. From that point on, I loose the "sound" of my bass. Cranked up to 3/4 on gain + 3/4 on volume, it sounds to me more like noise. And I can't add any tone to it to get a rich sound - even at <1/2 gain <1/2 volume, a touch of tone will distort, not open up the sound like I'm used to tone doing. Interestingly all this applies when using the speaker. When I plug in headphones - no distortion!! I started off with BD 770s - very clean. Tried my Phillips 9500 - again, very clean, no distortion even cranked up. I tried a couple senheiser - again clean ... so the amp is clean. Just seems to be a mismatch such that it overdrives the speaker. SO ... because of the sound issues ... I haven't used this recently. I use my Acoustic bass amp, or my Rushead bass headphone amp. I'm keeping this unit (I presume my 2nd one is "good" it's just poorly designed with a speaker-amp mismatch) even though the sound quality out of the speaker isn't great. It still does it's job - make audible bass-noise when I'm practicing - and allow me to play where there is no power. Don't seem to be other options in this size range with this level of portability, so ... yeah ... it's decent. If you like highly distorted bass sound, this might be fine. If you always use headphones, again, probably fine. If you like clean/ clear bass, if mine is any indication, you will have to restrain yourself to < 1/2 power on this guy. 3 stars = not bad, just not great for me; might be good for you.
