I am a collector of designer handbags (owning 50 so far). This is my first purchase of the Time brand. It is stunning. Beautiful leather with a lovely lining. The zipper and magnet closures are heavy duty. The strap is optional and adjustable. The Italian leather smells beautiful, too. The enclosed description states that the bag is already pre-treated with a leather balm so no need to apply it yourself before you use it. Although the bags dimensions were a bit small for me when I read the online description, surprisingly, there is plenty of room for everything I carry. I like the set up of the three pockets. The magnets are strong and I like that there is a zipper for the wallet. The smell is strong, almost like a saddle, but there is a citrus or herbal tone. It could be the balm, as it is pretreated. It came sealed in a plastic bag so I put it outside to air it out. The leather and craftsmanship on one of the pockets is not great. I recieved a used scratched purse with already opened box. The product inserted papers were torn open and had someone's handwritten recipe ingredient list on it. That was a real surprise and disappointing experience for the person I bought it for.
