This brake assembly fits ALL Club Car DS (1995-UP), Precedent (2004-UP), and Tempo (2018-present) on both gas and electric powertrains. Same part numbers work for all — no need to specify. What prevents the return springs from rusting and losing tension after rainy seasons? We use corrosion-resistant plated springs specifically designed to maintain tension despite moisture exposure. Combined with our sealed backing plate design, this prevents seasonal spring fatigue. Why is the steel backing plate more reliable than stock plates on rough terrain? Our heavier-gauge electro-plated steel backing plate resists warping under repeated stress — critical for rough terrain where impacts and vibration beat up standard plates.
