They are pretty nice for the price but I'd say they are more bmx pads I don't think they would save you off a motorcycle... I mean if you dumped onto a flat road surface it would be better that nothing.

Alright, let's gear up and review these Motorcycle Knee Pads! First Impression: As a rider, I know that safety gear is non-negotiable. These knee and shin guards looked very substantial and well-designed right out of the box. The hard plastic shells and padding felt very robust, and the adjustable straps seemed like they would provide a secure, comfortable fit. Pros: * The protection is top-notch. The multiple velcro straps allow me to get a perfect, secure fit that stays in place even when I'm active on a dirt bike. * They're surprisingly comfortable. I was worried they would be bulky and restrictive, but the articulated design allows for a good range of motion. I can wear them for a long ride without any discomfort. * The price point is excellent for the level of protection you get. It's a great balance of affordability and safety. Cons: * They can be a bit bulky under some pairs of riding pants. * While the ventilation is decent, they can still get a little warm on a really hot day. Overall Thoughts: This is an essential piece of protective gear for any serious rider. I've been using the Tanden Motocross Knee Pads and Motorcycle Elbow Pads for a while now during my mountain biking sessions, and I have to say that my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, I appreciate the protective features these pads bring to the table, but on the other hand, comfort has been a significant issue for me. To start with the positives, the construction of these pads is solid. They seem durable and well-made, which is crucial when you're taking some hard falls or bumps while riding on rough terrain. The padding is of good quality and provides decent protection against impacts, which gives me some peace of mind when I'm pushing my limits on the trails. Plus, I love the sleek design of the gear; they look pretty cool and feel like they could hold up to some serious abuse. However, the comfort level has really been the downside of my experience. I found that the knee pads, in particular, can feel restrictive, especially when pedaling vigorously. The fit isn't as snug as I would like, leading to constant readjustments that pull me out of my riding rhythm. The elbow pads share some of these discomforts; while they offer nice protection, they tend to dig into my arms after a while, which makes them hard to forget about.
