Not a room side install. There is no way to install this in a finished bathroom without going into the attic. A month after installing, it started making a horrible sound when turned on. I don’t want to mess with going back into the attic to remove it and send it back. So I guess I have a nice light and no exhaust fan. I was surprised at how much noise it makes but it is just a bathroom fan so I'm happy it's doing its job of circulating air and pulling out humidity. The light is quite bright and the fan is connected, so wiring it into a light switch means both the fan and the light turn on. If there was a way to separate these two I'd do it in a heartbeat so that we could just run the fan without the light or vice versa. That would be a five-star rating for me. ... show more

Nice fan but not 120cfm. If I don't leave may bathroom door open half way, the room is nothing but steam. disappointed : ( Should have bought a Braun they have been making fans forever. Twice the money but sometimes you get what you pay for. I have said in many reviews it's a shame these companies can get away with false information. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Product is a fan with LED light. You could wire the LED light separately or you could wire it together with the fan. I have my wire together with the fan as I have enough lighting in my washroom. It’s nice and quiet works fantastic every time.
