If you use the live feature only, the cam is great. However , you have to pay to use the app and view all of your recent footage. Also you cannot turn the bright white spotlights off, so unless you want them coming on whenever there is motion (they are super bright, like headlights) then this camera is not for you. Customer service is terrible. I tried to reach them in several different ways, never got back to me at all. It wa so cheap I purchased another one as the ai bot (only thing that I could reach) said my camera was faulty. It wasn’t because the second one is doing the same thing. Also if you try to get product support through Amazon, the information is for a baby monitor, not a security camera so it’s no good.     • Misleading description
It was easy to put together and liked that it was rechargeable but I wish they were more clear about the fact you couldn’t actually use the camera unless you paid for the so called “optional” subscription that isn’t actually optional. So kind of a waste of money unless I pay them to use the camera.

Beware costly subscription needed. The camera works only with a subscription which locks you in for a year. It says subscription can be cancelled any time. Yes you can cancel it right away but effective in 12 month !!!!
