The media could not be loaded. This couch exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a 2-piece modular couch set and I decided to purchase both the 3 seater and the loveseat and I am so glad I did! These couches fit my space perfectly with the color being a neural pale beige that can match with a variety of colors. The cushions are semi-firm and have a nice supporting bounce when sat on. The back and side cushions have hidden zippers for easy washing or if you need to replace the inside foam for any reason. I am using the movable footrest as an ottoman since it works best with my space so that is one less thing I need to purchase. The large couch came with a set of pillows but I paired it with two gray/black Costco pillows that I already had and it looks amazing. The seller was very responsive with any questions I had and since it’s modular, they offer individual sections directly on Amazon in case I ever want to expand the seating capacity in the future. The couch feels pretty soft yet firm- as other reviewers have stated “a firm foam feel”. The back cushions do come off as well as the side cushions, but not the bottom part of the seating. The couches came in 4 boxes and 4 out of the 5 pillows (3 back 2 side Pillows) were vacuum sealed. Each section has a hook at the side of its base to connect them to create the L shape sectional look or perhaps other styles. The texture of the couch is a cross threaded type of heavy duty linen. The pillows/cushions for the back are decently stuffed. I noticed the middle cushion seems to have more stuffing for some reason but the left-right & side ones are somewhat thinner or less cushioned which I found odd. Overall I would still rate the couch high due to comfort, style, and affordability given the features of it being able to create different looks. One major thing I will note that is the back of the couch meets the middle to base of your shoulder blades of your back. This is partly because the cushion is slightly taller than the backboard that you screw onto the base cushion. So you can sort of feel where the board hits the middle of your back and the cushion sits at the mid-back of your shoulder blades. I am 5’4 and when sitting upright it’s most comfortable when using your elbow to lean on the top or use a pillow behind the top part of your back if your couch is against the wall like mine. I would say it may be comfortable to sleep on although I haven’t. It’s true the screw holes are not necessarily lined up. I was still able to make it work even though I may not have screwed it in with the threads aligned perfectly. I put the couch together on my own and honestly it took me 2 hours because I had to use a manual screw driver which took me a bit. One of the legs I had a hard time threading through so I lubed it with oil and it worked with a little elbow work for torque. In order to make sure FedEx brought it to my door I made sure to sign up for the delivery manager where you can put directions to bring to your door. I’m on a second story in an apt with no elevator so I was glad to have prepped for that otherwise they won’t bring it up the stairs. In conclusion, the couch is very pretty and pretty comfortable. You may be able to shop around and find one more comfortable at this price point, but less lux looking. I would say this meets the criteria for a couple in a small apartment. ... show more

This is a really nice couch for the price. I had some assembly issues when I was putting it together, but the seller is fantastic and reassured me that they've contacted the factory so other customers won't have any trouble. I absolutely love how this looks in my apartment, it's the perfect neutral beige color that goes with anything. The gold legs are super cute too, and the shipping was fast. The seats are definitely on the firmer side but it's still very comfortable to sit and lay on so that doesn't bother me! I personally didn't love the pillows it came with so I got different ones, but they were pretty cute and nice quality if they match the color scheme of your home. Overall, if you are on a budget and looking for a decent-sized, attractive sectional, this is the couch for you. ... show more

The Color is more like cream which is what I wanted anyway . The back and side pillows are washable. It was firm which I liked , still soft though and easy to sleep on. over time it has started to sag a bit at the edges of the seat cushions. It was easy to install but very hard to pull apart otherwise we would have been rotating the base cushion’s to prevent the sagging. We have two cats and it’s really easy to clean and scratch resistant. when they do scratch the sides if any threads pull out we just cut them and you can’t even tell they are scratched. The only complaint would be that the back of the couch isn’t very sturdy so we have to put it against a wall other wise we worry the back will start to bend. That’s fine with us because we have enough wall space. The sofa is compact but definitely not small, the prefect size for our living room with two recliners. We get a lot of compliments from family and if this gets too worn, I would just buy this same couch again! ... show more

Couch quality was poor, uncomfortable, and the cushions that you sit on came well short of a standard modern couch. Upon returning I found out that I had to pay for the entire (super expensive) return. When I reached out to them they did not respond.
