I will preface by saying I watched this couch for months before purchasing. Absolutely amazing. IT is firmer than I thought it'd be, but not in a bad way, just feels very supportive but has enough give to snuggle and snuggle I shall! I unboxed all 3 boxes by myself, my husband carried in the first 2, which they arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery window which was great. It is heavy but I am 5" and 140lb and I was fine doing this by myself, not to say I didn't break into a bit of a sweat but it all came together quite easily since you're just unrolling the plastic and then CAREFULLY cutting it open. It does seem like it'll last quite a while with how firm it is but I imagine with time it'll soften and eventually sag, in how long? Time will tell. But I am extremely happy with what I got and the black color is exactly what I anticipated, good. I have attached 2 photos of me sitting on opposite ends of the couch and one of my husband sitting on the side with the ottoman, he is 6" and about 215lb and he also says the couch is comfortable. Our family of 3 fits on it very comfortably, and if you have a stick vacuum (homeika, trucozie) it'll vacuum fur off the fabric so easily, can attest, we have a 10 year old husky that sheds just by breathing it seems. Just get the couch. If you don't love it, then I'm sorry but you're the problem not the couch ... show more

This couch is so wonderful! I’d never purchased a “boneless” couch before, and was nervous to buy this one even though the reviews are great. Not only did the couch come early (yay!) it also was incredibly easy to set up. Just open the package and boom - out explodes a couch. These photos were taken not even 20 minutes after set up. I bought the camel color, which is a pretty neutral that could easily pull a muted brown or a more beige-ish grey depending on your decor. The fabric is comfortable and unbelievably cozy (weenie dog approved), and it fits perfectly in my space. The ottoman easily turns the couch into a sleeper sofa or dual chaise situation, or can stand alone, so it’s very versatile for my smaller space. Best purchase ever. It is firm and doesn’t feel like you’re sinking into it, while also not feeling like a rock. I’m obsessed. Just buy it!! Can’t be sure how it’ll hold up over time yet, but it feels like a solid piece of furniture and does not at all seem fragile. ... show more

Love, love this couch! It was bigger than I expected, very true to pictures. Super comfy and the easiest assembly, because there was no assembly! Let it puff out! Definitely an upgrade from my last couch, worth the money. I will eventually use it as a sleeper sofa. I’m a happy customer!

Honestly bigger than I thought but I love it! Very fast and easy to assemble. Was skeptical at first because the cushion looked soft but surprisingly they’re hard

Like many others, I was completely skeptical of buying a “boneless couch”. However, it has been a great addition to my home and looks much more expensive than what I paid! The couch did arrive in 3 separate packages and arrived in a timely manner. The seller was diligent in quickly providing all tracking numbers very shortly after I placed my order, and I was able to track all 3 packages separately. I think it comes a good height off the ground (not too low/not too high) and is overall pretty comfortable. The throw pillows that come with the couch are pretty firm, but nothing unreasonable. The cushions in general have some firmness to them, but are still plush enough to be comfy. The one thing I will say is that the chaise portion of the couch didn’t seem to spring up to the same height as the loveseat, so I’m not sure if it will ever spring up to the same height, or if this is a defect of some kind. Either way, it gets hidden by the couch cushion and is against the wall, so not the biggest deal in my book, but I may feel differently if it was in the middle of my space. Color is as expected, we’ll see how well the fabric holds up over a few years of use! My cats have loved napping on it. ... show more

I was skeptical of this product. But after getting it and setting it up, my family thinks it’s more comfortable than our more expensive couches. The couch really tough and is well made. The only complaint that I had with it is the pillows are a little stiff that are included.

    • Amazing Customer Service & Great Couch
Color: Light Grey Size: 103 inch,5 seats Orientation: No left or right distinction
Review: I ordered the light gray Cloud Couch but decided I wanted dark gray instead. The company responded quickly and changed my order with no problem. The light gray couch arrived early, followed by the dark gray one. They then called and told me I could keep the extra couch with no return needed! Great customer service, fast responses, and they made everything very easy. Definitely 5 stars! ... show more

Absolute ASS of a product and company. The couch is loaded with forever chemicals and will give you a headache, not to mention is absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE. Yeah, it's firm like other reviews mentioned, bit they don't mention that it is hard as a brick and doesn't soften, even after a week of sitting in your living room. Good luck trying to return it, as they will only say the generic "We are hoping to resolve this" while countering complaints with ChatGPT responses translated from Chinese as this is a drop-shipped item. Shipping it back will cost more than the couch does and you'll end up going around in circles trying to get any refund or resolution. I would burn this couch if I could but it is made of such crappy material I don't want to pollute the Earth any further. Trash product, trash company. ... show more
