I was waiting until I had this couch a couple months before writing a review to see if it changed at all, but it hasn’t. Positives- the fabric is nice, easy to assemble, sturdy. Negatives- it is not comfortable, the cushions are so firm and haven’t gotten any softer in the last 2 months, again uncomfortable. And we waited the full amount of time for them to fluff up. I was really wanting a couch I could curl up on and take a nap. This isn’t it. The cushions are so hard that my shoulder aches after laying on it for 10 minutes. It’s hard to find a comfy spot anywhere on it. Wayyyyyy over priced for the comfort level. If you’re wanting a couch that just Looks comfortable, this is the one for you. But if you want an actual comfortable couch- keep looking. ... show more

    • Misleading Return Policy and Poor Quality

I purchased this couch because it was listed as fully returnable within 30 days. Unfortunately, not only was the product disappointing in quality and comfort, but the return process has been completely unreasonable. The cushions arrived vacuum-packed, so I had to open them to evaluate the couch properly — which any buyer would reasonably do. When I reached out to the seller about returning it, they told me I didn’t need the original packaging, but then only offered me a $100 refund instead of honoring the full return. To make matters worse, they are also making me pay for the return shipping, which is expensive and contradicts the “free returns” implication of a fully returnable item. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend this couch or this seller. ... show more
