My employees LOVED the award/trophy. There was a defect when the first trophy arrived (faster than expected). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the first trophy arrived with a defect. When I contacted the company they were immediately responsive electronically and by phone-rare these days. Evaluating customer service and responsiveness, I would give 5 stars!
