As a licensed electrician, I installed three of these lights. Only one worked out of the box—the others appear to have faulty photocells (side sensor). The working one is bright and performs perfectly. Unfortunately, two failed during a child's birthday party, leaving the area dark when they were needed most. Returning the two defective units for replacements. UPDATE: One of the post an update three out of three photo cells were bad. Two wouldn’t come on in one wouldn’t turn off. But after bypassing the photocell by cutting the ends off and putting on a wire nut that connected to the photo cell the lights work perfect on a switch so I want to say I left original one star review but because I can bypass the photo cell I’m gonna leave a four star because the photo cell sucks and the lights look great when they are working New update to the update: the company has reached out and been awesome. They apologized for the situation. I’m very kind and that’s a big deal to me. You never get to see companies reach out when they’re products mess up and that goes a long way for me. I’m gonna change my rating to five star. Their customer service outshined the issue with the light. Y’all should buy these lights if they don’t work, they’ll take care of it no issue. ... show more
