Unless the buyer is a trained computer technician there is no way the buyer will be able to install and get the computer running. It took about two and a half hours for my technician to transfer data from my old computer to the new one. No instructions were included.

I received this computer, it worked fine for about a week or so. Then it just crashed and I did everything I knew how to get it to come back on. It Wouldn't, so I contacted HP and they sent me a couple things to try. I did this and computer still didn't work. So I sent it back cuz it was dead and wouldn't restart. So I know sometimes QC doesn't check to make sure that everything works the way it should, but in this case I believe it failed due to a bad motherboard. so these things can happen I know I used to build computers. ... show more
