1,000 Watts should be plenty of power for anything you want to run out of your vehicle. I keep this in the trunk of my car, and pull it out to power a larger air compressor, and a few other power tools on work sites. It works really well. It has several USB options, and two 110 plugs. You can also charge up a 12 volt battery and use it as a power station for a good while depending on what your powering. If you're just going to run LED lights off of a 12 volt battery it will run for a very long time. Just realize that if there's not an alternator recharging the battery it will not last forever.

The dual AC sockets and USB-C ports are super convenient, and the LED display makes it easy to monitor usage. Setup was simple with the included cigarette lighter and battery cables. The peak 2000W capacity handles brief surges without any issues. Great for road trips, camping, or emergency backup power. Highly recommend!

I tried this inverter out with a 450W load (heat gun on low at 150W, and a vintage hair dryer on low at 300W) and it powered everything just fine. The included alligator cables did not become excessively warm. There's also an included cigarette lighter cord for lower wattage (usually 120-150W is the recommended limit) loads. The integrated display shows a rough approximation of battery state-of-charge, and input and output voltages - it does not, however, display wattage consumption (but at this price point, that's to be expected). There also was the some mostly unobtrusive fan noise when the inverter was under heavy load. My only nit to pick with the design was that the AC outlets did not hold the plugs fully inserted. Regardless of how firmly I attempted to press them in, they still sprung back out roughly 1/16th of an inch. Otherwise, everything worked as expected for a modified sine wave inverter and I feel confident using it for backup power during outages.

Awesome little inverter! I'm not that skilled when it comes to these things so I had it installed in the bed of my Tundra to give me extra power for my fridge for camping. Works great! Runs power to everything I need in the bed of my truck and can be turned on or off depending on needs and usage so that it doesn't draw if it doesn't need to! Love it!
