Its beautiful, To bad it won't go together. I attempted to assemble scooter (Per User manual for this model, in the product installation section.) Out of the 15 step process I was stopped on step 6 where it states: A clicking sound when quickly lifting the handle indicates that the vehicle is locked. This does not work. The scooter does not go or lock into place making it impossible to use.Double and triple checked I was following all the instructions correctly. Spent the next few hours looking at every YouTube and your installation video and nothing addressed my issue. I've worked in construction and have been very mechanical all my life but I also had 2 mechanically minded people to look at the Scooter for help but they were unable to get it to go together. You cannot call this company???? Only email. So I contacted Amazon today and they are helping by contacting seller. They have 2 days to address the installation problem or I will RETURN. Thanks for letting me vent. Frustrated consumer. UPDATE! THE COMPANY DID CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. They send me a link which was unfortunately no help. I did take it down to my local bike store and they were able to get it to lock in place. Finished putting it together and it works great. Sorry, from the frustrated customer. ... show more

    • Loaded with gimmicks but lacks a lot!
The scooter looks to be well designed however there are some things that I don't think were well thought out. Some gimmicks about it seem put together better than functional elements. 1. Brakes - Terrible! Even off the throttle, the brakes lack the friction and stopping power required for something that moves as quickly as this does. 2. Acceleration delay - There is an initial delay in acceleration, then it takes off suddenly. You have to get used to this. It seems to be a safety feature but the delay seems inconsistent. 3. The design of the handlebars is junky. They are made to be collapsable but no matter how much I tighten them, there is some play. The handlebar shaft is not round so being that it is an awkward shape means adjustment to center them to the tire required that I loosen a bunch of stuff before I figured out where the adjustment was. The height adjustment of the handlebar is torqued as much as it will go but will not stay up when adjusted to a higher position. I almost fell off of it when they suddenly dropped under my weight. 4. All of the lights are a silly gimmick. You cannot turn off the under-glow lights so I will need to cut the wires to those. 5. It is not clear is this thing can be used in the wet. The charge port has a flimsy cover that is not sealed from the elements when the cover is on. Such an afterthought. 6. The suspension doesn't seem to do much, but the seat seems to be what soaks up most of the bumps. This thing is not worth what I paid... maybe half... ... show more

So far the scooter is doing great, best investment I have made. The only issue that I have is one screw that holds the base for the seat won't budget at all to replace it with the foot base.

I've had the M4 Pro s+ for a week now and so far it's AWSOME !!! This lil baby rips hitting 28 MPH and that's the fastest scooter I could find in the 500$ range my only complaint is I wish the deck was a little bigger for my 14 foot but besides that great scooter now my wife n kids want one !!!
