Subject: Defective & Unsafe Scooter – Immediate Return/Refund Requested I purchased this scooter on March 22, and within less than two weeks of normal use, it has proven to be completely defective, poorly manufactured, and unsafe. Here are the issues: • The rear brake system squeals excessively, regardless of adjustments • The headlamp will not stay in place, making it unreliable for night use • The handlebar collar is cheaply made, causing the handlebars to continuously slide, shift, and become misaligned while riding • The seat has the same defect, constantly slipping and failing to stay secured • Most importantly, the scooter no longer charges at all, rendering it completely unusable This is not a minor inconvenience—this is a serious safety concern. A product with unstable handlebars and braking issues should not be on the market. I reached out through Amazon messaging. While I initially received a response within 48 hours asking basic troubleshooting questions, I promptly answered them—and have since been completely ignored. At this point, I have zero confidence in the product or the manufacturer. This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. ... show more

I am so furious and tired right now! There were no assembly instructions!! I got a user manual with very tiny print that I had to take a picture with my phone just to read it! I had to guess where the nuts and bolts went and what I couldn’t figure outI had to google! I found a youtube video of a man speaking Mandarin I think, that showed how to install the tire so now I have to reinstall the front tire because I did it wrong, because again, it came with no instructions! I am so exhausted from putting these scooters together. Thank goodness it powered on after I charged it for a few hours. ... show more
