I ordered two of these bikes. One for my wife and one for me. I was surprised at how well they are built. Heavy steel frame. Assembly was easy. I didn't need to read the directions but my wife chose to. My wife likes the green color and I like the black. They are a tall bike. Nice that the seat and handle bars are adjustable. Bought them to use when we go camping but I expect to ride them a lot.

I’m 6’7” 280lbs and this bike fits me very well, but my 10 year old son at 5’3” 90lbs can also ride it (but not fold or lift it well, it is too heavy for him). The construction is SOLID and I feel like the weight limit should be rated well over 300lbs. I’ve put over 150 miles on it so far and it works flawlessly. I’ve been on some really fun rides with big hills and haven’t been able to run the battery out yet, that being said, my farthest ride was 25 miles round trip. The best part is I can fold it and it fits in the trunk of my car (see picture). Great design and overall great product. The front disk break was bent when I received the bike and the customer service sent a new one out to me quickly. My only complaint is the breaks aren’t that great overall so I plan on upgrading them to a higher quality aftermarket breaking system (Edit: I bought the Xtech HB-100 semi hydraulic brake calibers on Amazon for $41.99 and this thing has great stopping power now. Very easy install). This bike has far exceeded my expectations for the price. I’ve read other reviews about the customer service but I had no issues when i contacted them about the bent brake rotor.

I love the bike i just wish it had 4 inch tires as it was advertised. So far ive had zero issues and ive only had to charge it once! Love the paint on the inside of the wheels….wish it came with a small basket too….and the charging cable could be longer.

The media could not be loaded. Love this bike, I'm 6,2 and 275 lbs and it rides me comfortablely along with my two year old! tires are sturdy, charge last a long time even with throttle at max speed 5, I can get it up to 28 mph with just me on the bike also added some turn signals to make it a bit safer also. And I love the colored lcd screen better than my son's lcd screen on his more expensive bike

I love my bike. Never road an e-bike before but I felt comfortable riding it for the first time. I get dropped off at work with my e-bike and I ride it home. If I was on a normal bicycle the ride would take 48 minutes. With the e-bike I get home in 32 minutes. Best investment I made.

Unboxing and assembly was easy and documentation was excellent. The bike runs and rides great. Setting tire pressure on the low side gives a nice ride. Range with the large battery is excellent. The only negative is that my 259lbs makes the seat sink into the post slowly even though I have the quick-release tightened up as tight as possible without making it too tough to release.
