I like using this for my smaller projects and have found it to be good quality and clear on one side of wood for engraving with lasers. I keep weight on top during storage and have not had any issues with curling or waving of the wood even in Florida heat and humidity.

I have bought many different brands of 12"x12" basswood. Most -if not all- of them are actually around 11.75"x11.75", which messes things up when you are selling items measuring 12 inches. These are the only ones I found that are real 12"x12", no bs. I definitely recommend it. I have already bought several times, and I am not looking forward to changing brands. I will stick with these until the end of times. There is ONE thing that is not ok, which is they usually come a little bit bent, but that happens with any brand, so it is not something I will hold against this particular brand.

These boards are slightly thicker than standard basswood. Normally basswood is .10-.11 inches thick or 3mm. These are .12 inches thick. Also, just noting for laser cutter users, these walnut boards leave a slightly oily residue after engraving or cutting. Isopropyl Alcohol seems to clean it t up easily. These boards are significantly stronger than the regular basswood just fyi.

Very inconsistent results when using these sheets with my laser engraver and trying to cut things. Some sheets heavily warped right upon opening and the flatter sheets seemed to not cut consistently.
