Assembly took less than 30 minutes and my son has already ridden 20 miles in the first day. I also hopped on for a quick trip down the street, so has my husband (6'4" 220lbs) and oldest son. It shipped super fast, and was basically fully assembled when I got it. Easy to put together. I’m 6’2’’, about 235lbs, and I scoot around on this bike just fine. There’s some things I would change, but for the price point, it does what’s advertised. As far as mileage, I don’t see this getting 80 miles unless you’re on a completely flat surface. I live in a hilly area, but I’d say it could probably push me around for about 30 miles. There is a lag when using the throttle, but I assume that’s probably a safety feature. With pedal assist, I have hit 31mph on a flat surface. Not bad. Anyway, good bike for the price. Glad I bought it. ... show more

Very long range. Bought this e-bike for my wife to run errands and just little Joy rides in Sunny Los Angeles. She took a ride about 15 miles total using only the motor no pedaling. And still had over half a battery charge full. I went ahead and installed a loud electric horn because the little dingbell is kind of a joke. It is heavy and a little awkward bringing up stairs. Also recommend you purchase a nice basket to install in the back to help carry cargo. It was easy to assemble for me basic mechanical skills. And it comes with its own tools needed. ... show more

Beautiful bike. Easy to put together quickly but I haven't had the chance to ride it yet. The power charger has a fan in it that's making a weird noise which has me worried. Updating my review from 1 star to 5! since Customer service reached out to me and are sending a new battery. Brand new bike will not stay charged more than an hour. Customer support said the below and was NO HELP AT ALL!!! Guess we will return it unless they send a new battery. "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Battery range is affected by weather conditions, riding terrain, load capacity, and charging duration. We recommend charging the battery for 10 hours before testing its range. Addi tionally, lithium batteries experience a significant decrease in range during colder temperatures—this is normal across the entire e-bike industry and will recover naturally as temperatures rise. The bike is nice. Works as it should. The tires are soft compared to my other bikes. The front end is squeaky. I’ve tried tightening and lubricating everything. Can’t seem to get it to stop.
