Ive had for almost 2 years and 1185 miles put on the bike w absolutely no issues with it.Only issue i ever had was there parts and service dept couldn't get ahold of them sent 3emails and was no phone number to call.i wanted a backup motor just in case I needed one after warranty expired .went w aftermarket motor But still running strong today.extra motor still sitting on shelf

First and foremost- the battery. 1. NEVER ride with the battery unlocked, as this can allow the battery to rattle inside the frame which can cause major issues, not the least of which is the power connections. If the battery rattles too much it puts stress on the pins that make contact with the BMS connector, and the pins will bend open. If this happens your battery terminals can arc and overheat the system. After some back and forth with the seller I was able to get a new battery cover and BMS connector. While I was swapping these parts I wrapped the battery module a couple wraps with some duct tape to make it fit more tightly in its slot. I also removed the BMS and added a little packing material around it to stop it from rattling as well. This took care of a good amount of the vibration noise I was hearing while riding. 2. The tires and tubes that come with this bike are complete trash!!!!! I changed no less than 6 tubes in my first 3 weeks. Finally I got a set of CST Big Boat tires and thick wall heavy duty innertubes, and now I haven't changed a tire in over a month. Do yourself a favor and order them ahead of the bike being delivered. Don't even bother riding with the stock wheels. This bike is NO FUN to push if you get a flat. Believe me when I tell you you'll regret it if you don't do this!!! 3. The handlebars rattle like crazy!!!!! Since I had plenty of popped innertubes (😒) I cut a piece of one to fit in between the two halves of the handlebar stem at the joint as a sort of cushion.....no more rattle. She rides completely silent now!!!! It's so quiet now I can actually scare people by accident if I don't warn them I'm passing. 4. The front shocks are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I weigh 120lbs and bottom them out instantly if I hit a crack in a sidewalk too hard. So if you plan to use this for any real riding, the suspension needs immediate upgrade. I've learned my commute well by now and I have to lift the front end slightly when I hit cracks to keep the suspension from slamming itself up into the forks. 5. There is no rear suspension. There never was. Many people have mentioned this, and they still insist on keeping this in the description. 6. Real world use- I get 15 miles range at full throttle, it takes roughly 5 hours to charge from flat dead, and TOP speed is around 34mph (my top is 42mph on the biggest downhill in town)...I average around 24-28mph though. 7. This sucker is FAST!!!!! You honestly can't understand how fast until you ride it. You most likely will be the among fastest ebike/scooters on the road. Be prepared to pass people A LOT and get a lot of looks. This ebike is a target in shady neighborhoods because of its speed. Someone WILL try to steal it!!!!! Mark my words!!! The serial number is on the front fork. Write it down. Buy a good bike lock!!! Spend at least $100. Get a good one with the thickest chain you can carry!!! I can't stress enough how much of a theft target this bike is!!!!! Seller is really responsive, and very helpful!!! I was extremely satisfied with their support and their willingness to ship parts directly to me rather than a complete replacement. This enabled me to get back runnjng in days rather than weeks!!! They even offered to cover the entire repair bill from a certified shop. 4 stars for the initial issues, would give 5 stars for customer support though!!! I'm very happy with it after my upgrades and mods. The decals are so lame guys.....do you really have to put "Flagship store" right on the frame????? Buy yourself some cool stickers. The stock decals are.....just....so....🤦

The bike has some very good features (750 motor without brushes, 27 mph without pedaling, aluminum trucks, comes assembled with strong factory adjustment, the 5 speeds are already programmed, solid and heavy, good cable management with good electrical operation, wide seat with shock absorbers, runs well on roads). I chose a seller with a high score of 98-100% where he offers good communication and is interested in helping the customer. Add the acceptances 4 and 5 points from customers and if they are greater than 80%, the article is good. I chose this bike since it has a great quality according to its descriptions and reviews from buyers. Because it does not have a shock absorber in the back, I recommend running in flat places and for a short time (+ or - an hour maximum) for older people and with little experience on this type of bike to avoid waist pain. Running more than 6 miles of constant distance with pedaling greater than 2 4 miles per hour could cause chronic pain in the lungs, hips, and waist. A bicycle that can run 20 miles per hour without pedaling and that has shock absorbers in the front and rear is excellent for older people or for those who are new to this type of vehicle. For the youngest and with experience on this type of bicycle, I recommend both types of shock absorbers and a helmet to protect your head. In the end, it is important to give time to practice so that your body gets used to the changes and adjusts.Bicycles help strengthen painfully injured knees by performing controlled pedaling. Condition the type of demand you want to climb. La bicicleta tiene unas caracteristicas muy buenas (motor 750 sin escabillas,27 mph sin pedaleo,camones en aluminio,viene montada con fuerte ajuste de fabrica, las 5 velocidades vienen ya programadas ,solida y pesada,buen recogido de cables con buen funcionamiento electrico,amplio asiento con amotiguadores,corre bien en carreteras).Elegí a un vendedor con alto puntaje 98-100% en donde este ofresca buena comunicación y interesado en ayudar al cliente.Sume las aceptaciones de 4 y 5 puntos de los clientes y si son mayores a un 80 % el articulo es bueno.Elegí esta bicicleta ya que tiene una gran calidad deacuerdo a su descripciones y reseñas de los compradores.Debido a que no tiene amortiguador en la parte atras les recomiendo correr en lugares planos y poco tiempo( + o - una hora como maximo)para personas mayores y con poca experiencia en este tipo de bicicleta para evitar dolores de cintura.Correr mas de 6 milas de distancia constante con pedaleo mayor de 24 millas por hora podria poducir dolor cronicos en pulmones, caderas y cintura.Una bicicleta que corra 20 millas por hora sin pedaleo y que tenga amortigadores al frente y en la parte de atras es excelente para personas mayores o para aquellos que principiantes en este tipo de vehiculo.Para los mas jovenes y con experiencia en este tipo de bicicleta les recomiendo los dos tipos de amortiguadores y casco para protección de su cabeza .Las bicicletas ayudan a fortalecer las rodillas con lesiones dolorosas al realizar pedaleo controlado .Al final es importante darle tiempo a las practica para que tu cuerpo se acostumbre modifique y se acondicione al tipo de exigencia que quieras escalar.

Would leave zero stars if i could.. this is overpriced junk.. my bike originally arrived with a missing axle nut.. attempted to explain this to the company and they could not comprehend it, then the representative caught a attitude. I also purchased the basket " which didn't arrive with my order, took an additional 2 weeks or so to arrive. AND I WAS GIVING THE WRONG HARDWARE TO MOUNT." Fast forward mouths later, the piece that connects to the post of the battery broke. So folding the bike is at the mercy of cheap plastic.. i reached out the company to get a replacement part. They politely told me to shove off then ignored me going forward
