I’m 6’7” 280lbs and this bike fits me very well, but my 10 year old son at 5’3” 90lbs can also ride it (but not fold or lift it well, it is too heavy for him). The construction is SOLID and I feel like the weight limit should be rated well over 300lbs. I’ve put over 150 miles on it so far and it works flawlessly. I’ve been on some really fun rides with big hills and haven’t been able to run the battery out yet, that being said, my farthest ride was 25 miles round trip. The best part is I can fold it and it fits in the trunk of my car (see picture). Great design and overall great product. The front disk break was bent when I received the bike and the customer service sent a new one out to me quickly. My only complaint is the breaks aren’t that great overall so I plan on upgrading them to a higher quality aftermarket breaking system (Edit: I bought the Xtech HB-100 semi hydraulic brake calibers on Amazon for $41.99 and this thing has great stopping power now. Very easy install). This bike has far exceeded my expectations for the price. I’ve read other reviews about the customer service but I had no issues when i contacted them about the bent brake rotor.

This is an awesome ebike. Ive had for almost 2 years and 1185 miles put on the bike w absolutely no issues with it.Only issue i ever had was there parts and service dept couldn't get ahold of them sent 3emails and was no phone number to call.i wanted a backup motor just in case I needed one after warranty expired .went w aftermarket motor But still running strong today.extra motor still sitting on shelf

(Updated on 4/26/2023) I am making updates to my review as there has been continued communications with the seller, Auloor. The seller proactively reached out for ways to correct my concerns. - Seat issue: they will resend a new seat. I look forward to getting it! - Battery issue: the video link shared does not really solve the difficulty to insert and remove battery probably because of the folding requirements and initial stiffness of batter inserts. Battery, which seem universal for these kind of ebike model, generally could be challenging to remove and insert. - the front fender screw issue: Auloor offered me to take to a shop to fix and pay for any charges. I won’t be able to do that to find a shop and carry them out. So, I will either hand the fender joint hanging OR remove it. It maybe ok without it if you don’t ride in the dirt. While my experience is still on going, because the customer service efforts Auloor is making I would change the overall rating to be 4 now. Will update once all ongoing issues are completed again. ———————————————— (Original review on 4/21/2023) We had rented ebike for trail ride during vacation which was a great experience for me and my son. That bike looked like a regular mountain bike but had battery power assist or throttle - I think it was an older version of Averton brand. Learning that ebikes are too heavy to carry on a roof rack, we decided to try a foldable ebike which we received today. Here are my thoughts which will be against my experiences on the rental ebike. -Product material quality: medium/cheap quality. As seen in the images, parts came with minor damages. Some parts seems to chip off easily during assembly (ies. seat insertion). The front fender needs to be screwed together with headlight, but the side bolts that are already in place are too tight that my power tools were useless to unscrew - I gave up. Battery pack, especially when you have to fold the bike and keep them in stable somehow, is very hard to remove and and slide in - 12yrs old boy couldn’t take out so I had to use enough force to do so. (Updated 4/23/2023: after a few removal and inserts, my kid is now able to do it by himself. Maybe 4DW can help too) - product assembly: recommend two people. This is heavy bike. When assembling front wheel, I ended up having my wife help me to fit them without damaging disk brakes. - ride quality: underwhelming. If I didn’t experience the rental Averton, I might have been ok. Nevertheless, the electric support when pedaling doesn’t feel smooth. Fat tire and the weight of the bike seem to make it difficult use for rides without any electric support. The seats are not comfortable the springs in the seats make them move quirky - i wish they just made it firm so I don’t feel like the seat will break eventually. - Other Cons: LCD screen is small and looks cheap. Headlight swith is + gear button (3sec), which isn’t intuitive that I had to explain to everyone trying the bike. EUY logo is too large (i see some reviewers painting over them). - Pros: reasonable price. good enough to use locally. My guess is most of the foldable ebikes seen in Amazon are from a few same factories in China with different brandings, so I do not think the comments I made are particularly bad for EUY brand but most of the similar shape, materials, and priced ebikes promoted in Amazon.

First weekend I've had it, and I gotta say I'm REALLY impressed. Lives up to everything the ad says and more. But what it doesn't convey is the SIZE of this thing! I was vacillating between sizes, ultimately choosing 20" because I thought anything smaller would look ridiculous. And anything bigger would be too cumbersome. HOWDY-DOODY, Was I right?!? With the...ahem..'thinkened' center bar and the fat 4" tires, the bike is almost too big for me at 5' 11"! Not complaining, though! Just saying, it's not the size of a normal 20" bike. If anyone wanted to know. Besides or perhaps in addition to the size, the craftsmanship of every detail of this bike is top notch! I checked EVERY SINGLE WELD and EVERY SINGLE one of them is a stack of dimes. This thing would live through the apocalypse. It is built like a TANK! All of this contributes to its overall solidity. Which, in turn, gives you a remarkably smooth ride. I spent a little more on the bigger motor of this one, instead of the dual suspension of another similarly priced one with a smaller motor. I choose wisely. The ride on this is quite literally amazing. It already feels like there's dual suspension. I was skeptical about the seat-post suspension, but it honestly works!! I paid $800 for mine, through Amazon. But I've seen them as high as $1,200. DONT PAY THIS PRICE! If it's higher than 800, just go straight to Euybike.com and get it there. Same price, great customer service!
