This is my first time my wife has ever ridden an e-bike. Wile putting it was easy to assemble we found some connectors had been crushed. Cybervelo worked with us step by step to replace the cables with instructional videos on how to run the wires and replace hand brakes and even offered to pay for a bike shop to fix. No need though it was easy to do ourselves. Once fixed we went out for a 20 mile bike ride. The bike is fast and fun to ride. The seat is spring loaded and very comfortable. The bike hardly used up any battery and was still over 90% when ride was completed. The quality and functionality especially since my wife is 5’4” makes this bike an d company a very high recommendation. Just received the basket and it’s one of the best well made baskets I’ve seen. Look forward to using it for small shopping trips as well as being able to carry a small cooler to keep things cold. Thank you so much for a great addition to my e-bike. Five stars for great customer service. I purchased this bike for my wife as a gift, and I must say the fit and finish of it is quite nice. The bike also isn’t overly heavy. I was curious about this as I’ve not personally handled one in person. I’m hoping a different bike which I’ve ordered for myself is also as manageable as far as weight. The bike itself was easy to assemble and instructions are clear. I did have an issue with battery that came with the bike, however I messaged the company and went through some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Customer service is top notch and a replacement was sent out promptly, and I was very thankful for the assistance. Looking forward to getting to go out as a family on an upcoming vacation! ... show more

Nice electric bike. I ride it for pleasure, not for commuting or delivering goods. Tops out at 21mph which is faster than I comfortably feel going on a bike but wanted to see what I could expect. I've had it for 6 months and have only charged it once. Good buy for me since not a heavy user but does the job when I want to ride somewhere. Seems very sturdy with a smooth ride. Battery life has been great but like I said I have not ridden for long trips yet. ... show more

Easy to assemble. They pack this bike really secured. Its kinda heavy to lift but it feel light weight to ride. So far i love the bike. What i am worried about is the battery goes so fast.

I usually reserve reviews for experiences that are either exceptional or disappointing—and this bike definitely falls into the exceptional category! I purchased this bike to simplify my short urban commute, and it's been a game-changer. Being over 50, I was looking for something that offered both value and the right features. After some research, this model stood out as the best fit. The assembly was straightforward, thanks to clear instructions. When I encountered an issue with a part, I emailed customer service. They responded the same day, we exchanged photos, and they promptly sent a replacement. Their exceptional customer service alone makes this company stand out. While I was disappointed with the extra wait, they did not quibble or hesitate to make it right. The bike arrived well-packaged and was easy to assemble. The ride is smooth, and the electric assist is fantastic! You can even ride in full electric mode with minimal pedaling. This bike looked pretty nice. Problem is, I needed a step-through for my wife and this frame is a little too high for her to step through. Also, it is quite heavy for the size. If you are short, the seat will NOT go down far enough too get on, before the bike falls or you get going. My wife got her foot stuck in the frame long enough to topple over on the right side taking me with her. She never had a chance to get up on the seat. I made a seat post to replace the shock absorbing post because it let the seat go down another couple inches. The seat was missing a bold to lock it in place on one side. It would not stay adjusted that way. all in all, if you are over 5' 4" or have abnormally long legs for your body, this is a nice bike. ... show more
