When they say this blacks out the room, they aren't joking. It sure does. I give that a 5-star without question. But here are some other thoughts I had about it: Top Notes: -cute design -easy to cut -not even a little bit sheer (yes!) -inexpensive compared to full curtains and no need for rods, etc. -comes with a carry bag, lots of adhesive dots, instructions, a measuring tape (nice touch) and the panel Places it might need a little love or tweak: -make sure you measure your window before buying - the material is long but not overly wide. I made it work but I might have to attach some extra material to the bottom and my windows aren't very big. Not sure traveling with this would work as most hotels have huge windows (and have blackout curtains already). Plus, once you cut it, that's the size it is now. -the adhesive on the hook-and-loop dots is insanely sticky. Top notch on stickyness but if you plan to put this up and take it down repeatedly, might be worth finding another way of attaching. One of the dots tore off a small bit of paint when I went to try and readjust it. This is really the biggest downside (but it's also a weird plus because I applaud them for the crazy good adhesive however...) -I like to have light in the room during the day, so I pull one side down using the hook-and-loop closure. This worked for a couple of days but letting it hang there made it finally pull away from one of the dots and end up on the floor. So, same as above: great blackout ability; might be better to find another way to hang and remove unless you plan to just leave it up all the time (that would be no problem). Overall, I would recommend as a cheap alternative to full curtains. Plus, it is pretty cute. ... show more

So quick to install. I just had to trim a small piece of them popped the velcro tabs on and done. Don’t even take 5 minutes.
