These shades get 5 stars! They are high quality with a beautiful satin look shade and they were incredibly easy to install. Literally 4 screws and they are up. I had 3 shades up in under 15 minutes. The shades go up and down very smooth. They are 100% blackout. I do feel that if you can inside mount you will avoid light leakage. I can’t inside mount due to my windows so mine are outside mounted. I used these blackout roller shades on the side glass of my front door. Because of the door’s design and nearby stairs, the shade overlaps the window perfectly. The material is thick and blocks out all light, making it feel like nighttime whenever I need to rest. The color and texture look great and would work well in any room. The price is also very reasonable for the quality. At first, I found it a bit confusing to figure out how to roll the shade up and down, but I eventually got the hang of it. Installing it was fairly easy, though having a second person to help hold it while placing the nails made it much easier. Overall, I really like these cordless blackout blinds—they look good, work well, and add privacy and comfort to my home.

Got these shades for my laundry room to block out some of the intense afternoon heat and they're super lightweight but they work GREAT! The material doesn't feel like fabric - it's more like the kind of plastic-y roller shade material you see in schools, hospitals, etc. So if you want something fancy, this isn't it. But if you need a lightweight simple roller shade that's fast to install and easy to use, you can't go wrong with this! All in all I'd say the price is fair and they're holding up well.
