It’s really good for the price, I paid $690 total and it came in 4 days and all the 3 boxes came together the same day. The material itself really soft and you can remove all the cushions covers to wash wich I was really concerned about because I have a dog. It’s not as comfortable as I thought but like I said for the price is good the top cushions aren’t really fluffy or full and they’re not comfortable but you can fix that with some refill fabric I guess. Also it’s not as big as I thought but now I have more space in my living room lol ... show more

BUYER BE AWARE!!! I purchased this sofa a few days before Christmas 2024, and sadly by Christmas 2025, almost exactly one year later, the couch became completely unusable. I am extremely disappointed. When I first assembled the couch, one of the support parts arrived bent. I contacted the seller and they did send a replacement, but the replacement part also arrived bent. At the time, I assumed it might have just been part of the design and I didn’t push the issue further. Looking back, I really regret not making a bigger deal about it then. About a year later, I sat down and felt that same section shift. The bent support caused the couch to slide, and the panel board next to it snapped and broke off. The entire structure is now unstable and unsafe to sit on. After the holidays I reached out to the seller hoping to get a replacement part so I could fix the issue. To my surprise, I was told that the sofa has since been redesigned and the current replacement parts are not compatible with the version I purchased. Because the purchase is outside of Amazon’s return window, they said they could not provide a proper replacement solution. The only offer I received was a $30 refund and a suggestion that I take it somewhere locally to repair it myself. In today’s economy, $30 does not even come close to covering a structural furniture repair. I genuinely tried to work with the seller to resolve this fairly, but after just one year of light use I am now stuck with a broken couch and no real support from the company. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this purchase to think carefully about durability and customer support. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was looking online for a full-size, nap-worthy sofa for my new apartment, most of which seemed to start around $1,000 and go up from there. When I saw this piece for $369 on Amazon I kinda couldn’t believe it - it looked great in the photo, was the beige/white color I had in mind, looked a lot like some sectionals costing three or four times as much, and had many very positive reviews. Too good to true? Nope - it really is as nice as it looks. The cushions are quite firm, a definite plus in my book, and the color and texture of the upholstery are entirely satisfactory (it is clearly white and not beige). Yes, you have to assemble it, which took me and my partner about two hours, but the pieces all fit together and the hardware was all there, along with reasonably coherent instructions. And yes, you will pay an additional $239 for shipping (three large boxes), which brings the total cost to a bit more than $600. But I saw nothing else remotely close to this level of finished sofa for that price, and once the compressed cushions puffed up and the last hex bolt was tightened down I had a sofa which perfectly fit my space and which I expect will last a good long while. Pretty good couch for the price. Nice size for an apartment living room and can comfortably fit 3-4 people. I would recommend really fluffing out the cushions manually to give them more shape. This couch is on the firmer size but that’s what I prefer. It will totally soften up over time. Building was ok, there were a few steps that didn’t make sense but besides that it was relatively simple. Sturdy couch. VERY firm, Metal cage style base, cheap looking velcro straps that hold fabric in place. It also is super awkward sitting in it. The back is short and reaches about mid back for someone who is 6ft. So far so good! Our couch was easy to assemble, it feels very sturdy and is not too firm. The color does appear lighter in our living room but I was very pleased how well it matched. Will update this review if anything changes or problems occur. Over all great experience with it.
