I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dress. It is true to as advertised, it seems well made, and it has a very nice fabric weight. I took a risk and purchase one size smaller than the size guide suggested because I didn't believe the chart. That proved to be the right call for me. I think it looks great on me. :) All that said, I am returning it. I took a risk on the hot pink because I loved how it looked on other reviewers, but it just wasn't the right color for me.

This dress is really beautiful, light and flowy, covered and concealed the places I wanted it to. The only issue was the chest. I’m a B/C and I do not have enough to fill it. The top bagged out just a bit too much. I read some reviews where woman with larger chests were spilling out, so maybe a big C would be perfect? Pardon the mess in the 2nd picture, not my room!

I like the material and the print was very pretty but putting the waistline directly below the bust is a very poor idea for plus sized women. The gathered waist accentuated my belly. If the waistline had been at my natural waist, I would have kept the dress but gather just under the breast made it look like I was hiding a soccer ball under my dress.

I love the cut and fit of this dress, it is very flattering and fits true to size. I could overlook the somewhat cheap looking fabric, if it weren't for it being partially sheer. I got the black color. The front looks fine since the fabric overlaps so you have 2 layers, but in the back, in direct light you can see right through it. It could definitely cause an embarrassing situation. Could work with a slip but I don't want to bother with that for a cheap dress, I decided to return it. When in doubt, put your hand behind the fabric and hold it up to the light, if you can see your hand then the fabric is too sheer.

I am very overweight and always slef-conscious about trying to look nice. This was the perfect dress for my body shape. It was comfortable but elegant. My only warning would be not to wear it on a windy day :). It does come open quite a bit with wind.
