Our experience didn’t start out great with the first product missing a necessary part. Amazon doesn’t provide any way to get you just the missing part, so they took back the product and shipped us a new one. It was a minor inconvenience. The canopy sets up easily. After a few times I can now set it up by myself in 5 to 10 min. Take down is even faster. It is of excellent quality, but is not intended to withstand more than light winds. I think it should be able to handle winds up to 12 – 15 mph. Winds above that could be a problem. We have had it for 7 months and it has worked great. My primary reason for writing this review is to highlight Unique Canopy’s exceptional customer service. A week ago it got quite breezy and I neglected to take down the canopy. We live on a hill and the winds often gust up the hill. Although anchored by the provided sandbags, I came outside to find that it had been picked up and moved about 8 ft and one of the legs and 2 cross bars were bent and badly damaged. I was so disappointed, figuring there was no way I was going to be able to find parts and the whole thing would need to be recycled. I saved the card that came with the canopy from Unique Canopy which showed all the parts. I went to uniquecanopy.com to see if I could locate and order the correct parts. I was not able to determine a solution from the web site, so on March 3rd I sent an email detailing the replacements parts that I needed and requesting information on how to go about ordering those parts. Later that same day I received an email back from customer support asking for my contact information and saying the parts would be provided to me for free. The following day, Thursday, in the late afternoon, I provided my contact information. On Tuesday, so three business days later, I received the replacement parts via International Fed Ex. All at no cost to me. I can’t believe this level of customer service actually exists! This is the best customer service I have ever received from any company for any product. We are trying to avoid creating trash, so I was very happy to be able to get replacement parts rather than recycling / trashing the entire canopy. To get the needed parts quickly and at no cost was truly astounding. Kudos to Unique Canopy for making replacement parts available and for their exceptional customer service!

I got this canopy for doing outdoor markets selling my woodworking products. It is very easy to setup with only one person. Just drag the corners out a bit, and it kinda “walks” itself out, and up. Eventually, it spreads out so much, you can get underneath it, and lift the center to spread all the way out. Legs lift very easily. I did modify by using a few cinder blocks to secure the corners with chain running up to the canopy. Canopy held up well under a slight breeze. Did not have it setup on a windy day. Takedown was a snap, too. Bring the legs down, and push in the corners, and it “walks” itself back together. Canopy even stayed intact for next setup, which I recommend if you’re gonna be setting it up, and taking it down frequently, as I do for weekend markets. Overall a very sturdy canopy, and very easy to setup, and take down. Would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you have to set it up all by yourself.

I bought the canopy to use as a vendors tent for festivals and fairs that we will begin visiting. I shopped around for a good product at a good price. This fits that to a T. It is lightweight and still sturdy. It comes completely assembled, aside from putting the canopy top over the frame. It expands easily and I had it up by myself in under 30 minutes. Taking it down is just as easy. I have pics but for some reason Amazon won't let me upload them. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a 10x10 canopy.

If you're looking for a canopy that is high-quality, very sturdy and well-built, then look no further! The spring clips used on the poles are SO much easier to use than the standard push-button ones you typically see on these units. However, if portability and ease of handling is most important for you, this might not be the best choice. It is a BEAST of a canopy! It is much heavier, and less compact when folded away, than any similar canopy that I've ever dealt with. Another minor downside is the frame structure creates relatively low headroom inside the tent. Anyone > 6' tall might find this problematic. Otherwise, this is a great product! I recommend it with the above caveat. Additionally, the first one I ordered was damaged. I dealt with the manufacturer directly, and they were very helpful and responsive in replacing it!

I normally don't listen to other people's reviews when they complain about things breaking easily. I know I take good care of everything I own, so I thought... meh.. that'll never happen to me. Guys. Everything everyone warns you about with this canopy is true. I'm a vendor at outdoor markets and in the 2 months that ive owned this canopy, the wheels fell off the carrying case, the legs won't lock into place anymore so my pop up won't stay up through a whole event, plus it is really heavy. I'm pretty strong and even I was surprised by it's weight. The UPS driver that delivered it commented on how heavy it is. Like... no. Don't buy this. Worst part, the return window has already closed, so now I'm stuck with this big hunk of metal and will have to pay the dump to get rid of it. Most expensive waste of time. I bought a blue pop up at rite-aide 10 yrs ago that I still have and still works. It's just too small and the wrong color. Iykyk I know it's cheaper than the others on Amazon... but dudes. Don't do it. This will break on you with a quickness. 0 out of 10. Does not recommend. 👎🏼👎🏼
