- MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THIS GAZEBO: The screw should be align with the tube. You do not need to care about the holes on panel, that is only use for manufacture to do the powder coating. You should align the holes on tube, just tighten the screws that can prevent the panel sliding.
- The roof panels pre drilled holes and the pre-drilled holes of the rails are not aligned that is correct. For the assemly , we only use the pre-drilled holes of the rails , just tighten it, do not cross the panel holes.
- We recommend you to mount our gazebos on concrete or wooden boards with expansion screws to better stabilize our products (wooden boards need to prepare their own expansion screws). Please note that in winter, you will need to clear the snow from the tarp timely to prevent the gazebo from collapsing.

I spent a lot of time looking at different gazebos and picked this one. It was packaged very securely, everything wrapped and labeled. It took about 4 hours for my husband and I to assemble and we had no issues. It looks great in our yard and everyone thinks it’s more expensive than it was. Would not hesitate to buy this brand again.

I was fully prepared to give this product a glowing review. The gazebo arrived quickly in 2 large boxes and were packaged perfectly. The gazebo pieces are sturdy and seem well made. I verified all of the pieces counts and everything appeared to be good to go. I am older and not a quick or strong as I once was. It has taken me 5 days and approximately 20 hours to assemble this. I get down to the last hour of work and realize that all of the pre-drlled holes on one side of the gazebo are missing.See photos - one piece shows the needed holes and the other without. There is no way to attach the roof. So now here I am with a $650 metal frame with only half a roof. Any fix I could try to make on my own will most likely damage the frame. I have reached out to the vendor to help. I do not have the strength or energy to take the entire thing apart, rebox and return. I am devastated. So my advice is not only do you need to make sure that every piece is there, but you need to verify that all of the hundreds of pre-drlled holes needed are actually there too.

Damaged parts, parts missing..... no number to call, no option to exchange and just get replacement parts. Now we have to return the entire thing and it is hundreds of pounds . What a waste....... and disappointment. Update: Business made it right and replaced parts. Solid product

I really love this ! I’m so happy with my upgrade. It’s only been up a few hours so I can’t really say if it keeps the rain out yet. Just be prepared to spend at least 2 days on this. You need at least 2 people. It can be frustrating…just follow the directions IN ORDER, take a few bong hits….if you’re working with your significant other, have a conversation before you start about not taking the other’s frustration personally. I chose not to put up the screens or curtains. I prefer my own flowy transparent fabrics so the view of my yard isn’t blocked. Definitely add fairy lights!
