For the money I don't know if you can beat this thing. I bought it for my Jeep Wrangler as its water resistant or so it says. By the way I've yet to try that feature out but I'm sure this summer will bring a little water to the Jeep as the top and doors are off all summer. Anyway this thing thumps. I mean yeah it's not going to be like some huge base running on its own amp and whatnot but for the money I don't think you can get any better. By the way I had just bought a pioneer I think it was like 140 bucks which is on the cheap as well for my van and it's set up on a boss amp and it doesn't sound anywhere near as good as this. I don't know if you can turn off the light but it lights up blue which I kind of don't like. I think I'm going to build some type of surround for anyhow. Anyway I've only had it for a few weeks but I couldn't be any happier. It's one of those purchases where you feel like you actually got a better product than what you paid for. Those are pretty rare. This is for sure one of those. And I'll probably be getting rid of the one in my van and buying one of these for my van because it's not absurd amount of base but it's right there ... show more

Does what it supposed to do. Now is it earth shaking bass? No. Side note: The volume knob at least on mine only turns the bass off and on with no adjustabilty in between.

So I got this professionally installed and the adjuster knob is either really low or really high! There is no in between, so my bass is too low or distorted loud. I'm not happy with the purchase since i was charge over $300 for the installation
