I have to admit, going through the process of unboxing and putting this outdoor furniture together was a bit of a Journey of disappointment, excitement, frustration, and in the end satisfaction and happiness. As we started the process of unboxing, I was a little disappointed in the quality of the wicker material and overall build of the framework we have been looking at a lot of material at local home, improvement stores and large box stores and had seen heavy, thick framing, as well as very thick wicker that appeared to be more natural materials versus obvious plastic. The entire framework of these items are made of half inch tubing wrapped with a plastic material simulating, bamboo or other material. It was not as heavy and thick as I was hoping for but as we began, the build process, we found that the engineering and machining was overall done quite well and built together very strong frames. There were a few times that I found the bolt and screw material was very poor quality. Several bolts broke and stripped out on the top as we tried to put them in there were several I had to drill out and replaced with my own bolts to make the process work. To be fair I was trying to use the bit in a drill vs the little handheld baby ratchet included in the kit. If you buy this and put it together, be very careful to not strip out the tops of your bolts and not allowing it to get cross threaded as it will break the bolt off in the press in nut inside the frame. I was ultimately still a little disappointed in the cushions, they were not quite as thick and padded as I would like, although the fabric mature on the outside feels plenty heavy and should last very well. I will rate the fusions at a B- In the end, once everything was put together, I got through the frustration of the build, I realized that I was very happy with the product that I received for the price that I paid. Anywhere else, a three seating couch four rocker recliner chairs with a very nice propane fireplace probably would’ve run closer to $3000 or $4000. So to be very fair, what I bought was a discount style of outdoor furniture versus the top brand and it’s unfair of me to expect top brand quality while purchasing a discounted type of item. So for what I paid, and what I ordered, and what I received I will give it five stars. It is absolute beautiful in our backyard deck. It’s very comfortable to sit in. I really believe that the synthetic material plastic and framework is going to last a long time. The colors were spot on for what was advertised. Everything works 100% well, the packaging was done very very well. Shipping was fast and all arrived together in seven boxes. Know what you’re getting and you will be happy with this product. ... show more

    • Great price for as many pieces! Very happy!!

Love the black with the blue cushions! Easy to put together, time consuming. The worst thing was cutting up all the cardboard for the recycling! 🤣 The couch showed up a day early, which was fantastic, the rest showed up the next day, our friends came over and we had a put together party. 🥳 it took a few hours and it looks so good on our back patio! We have had lots of compliments on it, we love the swivel rockers, everyone wants to set in those. Easy to turn and watch people in the pool! Thickness is good, color looks more blue denim. Easy to wipe down as it’s a little dusty in AZ. So far we are pleased. Beautiful set. ... show more

    • Nice seating for patio or porch. Seems sturdy and comfortable
Color: Brown Beige Size: S-5 pcs
I was pleasantly surprised with this seating set. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was ready to ship it back if it turned out to be rickety. But it isn't. It seems well-made and sturdy. The chairs are comfortable, attractive and the vinyl rattan looks like it will hold up well in all sorts of outdoor conditions. My only caveat is that it took quite a while to put it all together. I'd say it took almost an hour per chair to assemble and maybe 20 minutes per ottoman. Altogether I'd estimate it took me 2.5-3.0 hours to assemble everything. It wasn't hard, but there are a lot of screws and washers. I'd recommend using a power tool instead of the included ratchet tool. But other than that I think this was an excellent value. I'd have no trouble recommending this to others. ... show more

Packaging was great. Nothing broken in transit but don't think you could ever repackage it for a return. The assembly definitely went smoother with two people and the right tools. I had a long handle hex wrench and used a properly sized socket and wrench for expedience. Make sure when attaching the glider part to the chair you follow the visual in the diagram. We did it wrong and had to take one apart and fix. Heed the warning to not tighten the bolts until everything is assembled as you will need to wiggle/adjust to assemble all bolts. Not sure if it was implicit in the directions but when putting the table together lay the glass inset prior to assembling the legs and they will hold the glass top in place. The chairs are comfortable but sit a little back for our taste. Contacted the seller to see if we could buy additional cushions but no so we will have to shop online and look for matching cushions. All in all satisfied at a fraction of the cost of stores like Fortunoffs and Raymour. ... show more

    • Pretty but did not last too long.
Color: Black Beige Size: L-7 pcs
This set was beautiful when put together. However, one of the chairs did not last very long before the bearings fell out and it was no longer usable. Maybe 3 months. I have had the set for two years exactly now and the couch has bowed in the middle and the other chair is beginning to lose its bearings as well. I guess it depends on what you consider to be value for price. I wish it would have lasted more than 2 years. ... show more

I needed some furniture our outdoor patio that would be functional but very well made. So far this set fits the bill. It took my husband (with minimal help from me) several hours to put all the pieces together. They weren’t hard and all parts lined up perfectly, just a lot of furniture. 4 gliders and 2 tables. We are both very happy with the finished product. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was they are not as high back as I was hoping & appeared on the pictures. That’s not a deal breaker & they had the dimensions listed so I should have know. We are both short legged so I had to buy some throw pillows to lean against. I think they’ll be perfect for someone a little taller. Anyway we love the look and the functionality of this furniture. They come in 4 boxes. 2 bases per box & 2 chairs + tables in a box. ... show more
