Bought this sub in January. It quit working in March. It was still under the manufacturer's warranty so I called Pyle's customer service...or lack there of. I had to call 4 different times and talked to 4 different people, none of which could speak English worth a crap. After 2 weeks of calls they send me an email to agree to send the speaker back, at my expense, to see if they can fix it and that it will take 4 to 6 weeks after they receive it before I get it back from them. They still haven't told me where to send it at this point. After agreeing to pay to ship it back to them...nothing. No reply. I call again to see what's going on and get a recording that they're off for 2 days for Passover...and they only work half a day on Fridays. Don't take a chance with Pyle. You'll regret it. ... show more

This subwoofer for cars is really cool! It's small but powerful, and it fits perfectly under my seat. Setting it up was sooooo easy. I just connected it to my car's stereo system and it started bumping right away. Lol. The sound quality is great, and it makes my music sound sooo much better. I love how it adds all this extra bass! It also has a built-in amp which helps with the boom. Lol. I'm really happy with this subwoofer. It's made my car rides a lot more fun!! ... show more

I bought one and it worked for less than a week. So I returned it and had a replacement sent. Received the replacement and in two days it started going into protect mode. I’m pretty familiar with car audio and no, it wasn’t a bad ground. Testing the speaker it was the voice coil and the amp was bad as well. Do NOT BUY THIS POOR EXCUSE for a subwoofer.
