Very impressed with this tablet- I was a little skeptical at first because the price was a bit high for a kids model.. but after reading the reviews I was sold. I purchased it as a birthday gift for my four-year-old. first of all I have to comment on the included case. this thing is solid!! my Son would not be able to break this tablet even if he tried with this amazing case installed on it. The graphics are bright and vivid. speed is pretty impressive. it’s quick and snappy. The Built-in games are perfect for His age group. I love the interactive, tracking app that I can download onto my phone to follow his progress, set limits and filter content. it also gives us something to talk about. The battery life is absolutely amazing! we only have to charge it but once every three days or so. he never seems to get bored of it either. hours of playtime daily. It's lightweight enough for him. Perfect size for little hands.. I am Overall extremely happy with this purchase! I find it to be totally worth the price.

Update: Customer Service Representative named Lava, reached out to me and followed through with replacing the tablet in a timely manner. The new tablet works great, and we are very pleased with its performance. I can't say enough about the superb customer service. Looks like we received a defective tablet the first time and they corrected the situation. Thanks to Lava we are a satisfied customer.............Original Post: We have tried to use this tablet but the top part of the tablet doesn't respond to touch and seems to be useless. There are apps, that require you to touch and use that top part of the tablet and it will not respond. For instance, in the Play Store the search bar is at the top of the tablet. We cannot touch/click into the search bar to perform searches. This has been the case with numerous apps and games that we’ve tried to use. If you try to power down the tablet, the widget comes up for “power off”, “restart” …. We have touched these icons and tried everything but because it is in the top part of the tablet the icons will not respond. I am hoping this is just a defective tablet. It is very sturdy and has a good feel to it. If it were not for this one issue I think we would have been very happy. Unfortunately, it is money wasted. I have reached out to customer service but have not received any response from them yet. EDIT: I have since heard from customer service; they are great to work with so far and have a replacement tablet on it way.

The media could not be loaded. This is a good low priced tablet option for kids. I like how thick, durable and protective the case is; we have dropped this a few times, and the tablet is perfectly intact. The case also has a handle stand, so you can either carry it, or fix it up to watch videos on it, great multi use.It comes with very simple, step by step instructions, right on the front of the screen. It only took a few minutes to get it all set up. The touch screen, works with a gentle touch. It is super easy to navigate too. It also comes with lots of fun apps built in, that is fun for the kids, like games and painting. It has fast touch speed and downloading. It has a large screen, and is still pretty light weight. you also get back and front cameras with it. This is good for a low cost option!

I got this tablet thinking I just need something to play YouTube Kids. It worked, but struggled to load the app from day one. I looked pass that, but then it became increasingly annoying that I needed to adjust the bandwidth of my hotspot from 5G to 2G before the tablet could connect. Eventually it kept crashing everytime I attempted to open any of thebkids apps. After five months it refused to charge. One year later I am back to the point of frustration of sharing my phone with my kid, and I'm looking to purchase another tablet. It is so misleading that this shows up as second to Amazon Fire tablets for kids. This product needs some significant improvement to even compare. Warning to everyone, you pay $80 now and very soon you end up spending over $100 for the brand you knew you should have purchased.

I bought my daughter 2 of these. They are nice and hold a good charge. The negative is the screen is not very durable. One small bump it cracks easily. I just bought her 2nd one for Christmas and it already as a small crack. I just purchased a screen protector to hopefully stop any further damage. Overall it is a good buy for the price.

We had purchased another kid's tablet on Amazon last year, that was little smaller - but its case didn't seem to be very secure. But, it was worth buying to see how well my toddler would be able to use it. Eventually with all the drops, especially on the edges/corners, the tablet's "computer" system completely malfunctioned that you couldn't view anything. We couldn't even delete our information before sending it back in for the warranty refunds. So, we bought this tablet and was extremely impressed with the case included. The adjustable stand is perfect for different areas that he enjoys playing games or watching shows on (table, floor, couch, etc.). It is an Android tablet, so it's powered by Google and has all the Google apps and settings, so those familiar with Androids - means an easy set up for this tablet. My only issue with this particular tablet is that the volume and power buttons are close together - so often when we turn the volume down, we end up hitting the power switch - which puts the tablet to "sleep" and we hit it to turn back on, then it takes several swipes to "unlock" the main screen. Other than that, the games that are easily played on this (especially compared to the previous tablet or even my phone) and the ease of using Disney+ or YouTube Kids on it helps when I need to do chores and he is able to figure out how to do them without me sitting next to him doing it for him.
