I had already purchased these in a smaller size for very short bedroom windows and wanted to replace wood blinds in my living room, the strings always frayed and then broke and curtains give it much cozier and homey look. I put one up to make sure length worked then put them all in the dryer with a wet towel and wrinkles did come out. I got 4 panels because they didn't have the size I needed for 2 to look right, would've preferred 2. You do not need blinds with these, you can't see through them at night from outside. I have tinted windows and not a lot of natural light and room darkening is not an issue in living room but they work fine in my bedroom, not totally dark but dark enough I can sleep late. These curtains are smooth and soft, I got pure white, really love them and great price too.

These curtains are a great value…I like that the Nicetime brand had a lot of different size options, as most of the other brands had curtains that would’ve been way too big for my windows. They have a lot of color options, too. These aren’t super-thick, and yet they do an incredible job of blocking out light; they haven’t been put to the test of a 105 degree Southern California afternoon yet, so I can’t attest to their temperature control abilities, but I feel pretty confident they will help cool the house with how much light they block out. Color is good, easy to install with rings, great value for the price!

They have a weird flowery chemical smell (like dry cleaning) at first but it does air out after a couple days. I didn't use them to block out light, but they are thick and dark and look like they could do it well. They are good quality with well sewed hems and well attached metal holes for a rod.

I picked the back bedroom because I thought it would get the least amount of sunlight but it doesn't, it gets the most. I purchased these at a great price and when I tell you the amount of light that is blocked because of these is like night and day. I love them.

I wish I could add stars to this review. These drapes are soft, beautiful, thick, and I am so happy with them I will be ordering another set. I don't use them as drapes. I sell jewelry at a high end flea market and a regular tablecloth is not elegant enough. I laid these drapes out on my , 8 ft tables and instantly knew my jewelry was going to look amazing. I sell stainless steel jewelry and using white table covers make my jewelry sparkle. I have purchased 9 sets of online table covers ranging from drapes to actual table covers. These are the best. If you want beautiful drapes that look like $200 buy these. You won't be disappointed
