Installed in my boat with a marine sub, even though the dimensions are given (I'm not great at paying attention), it's bigger than I expected. Still working on tuning it with my head unit and amp, but it puts out quite a bit of bass. Between the size and the sound I kinda wish I would have bought the 8", but it's installed so il stick with it. Connections couldn't be easier but I do wish it came with Velcro straps like the Alpines. Cost half as much though, so I won't hold that against them. ... show more

    • Plenty of bang for your buck!

As the first subwoofer for my husband’s truck, all I can say is what a difference. Music is definitely fuller now with plenty of boom. I got the 10 inch subwoofer mainly due to space available. Size is about 12 x 13 x 19“. The frequency response range is 35 to 500 Hz with a sensitivity of 90 dB. It also has a 2 inch aluminum voice coil base reflex vent, and 40-ounce magnet. I like that the speaker itself has a rubber edge suspension inside the carpeted tube. Even with high gain, I find the sound that this sub puts out to be clear and bassy at any volume.
