Not sure why these subs are listed as shallow mount as they are far from it. But seriously, this is ridiculous value. Forget the Wally World Power Acoustik Gothic as these Seventour subs are just as cheap or cheaper with better sensitivity meaning you can get more for less power. I bench tested this 10" sub in a 1.00 cu.ft. sealed enclosure using test tones with a small 150W amp and was honestly shocked it played down into the 20Hz range. The amount of excursion, while specifically unknown is visibly impressive, but not surprising given the high roll surround. But that brings up another point, the specs available are seriously lacking. Even the recommended ported box volume lacks any sort of port dimensions. I don't have the means to measure any of the T/S parameters, so modeling in WinISD is impossible. I would love to throw thing in a ported box, but the lack of specs is preventing me. Seventour is obviously just the distributor. I hope someone figures out who manufactures this sub so proper T/S parameters can be sourced. Still, just throwing this sub in a simple sealed enclosure will get you a long way on small budget. ... show more

Blown away by the quality, for the price there is nothing better. Took a chance on the 10-in version, all the reviews were for the eight and 12 inch model. These things have no cone, the massive surround connects directly to the dust cap, in just the break in phase and I'm already impressed. I've got one in a small box tuned to 35 HZ getting about 750 watts RMS and it just wants more power. The x-max is insane, the sound quality is incredible, deep lows and super punchy highs that kick you right in the chest. I'm going to order some more of these before the price goes up or they're gone and you should too. ... show more
