I’ve had plantar fasciitis for about 4-5 months…. When I get up in the morning, I nearly fall down it hurts so bad. Throughout the day, my heel is a dull ache. I also have trigger finger in my middle and ring finger…. In both hands! I’m a hot mess right now. So I put these in my shoes and stepped in and literally started crying, I felt so much relief. I was thanking god and I’m not religious. I just ordered 3 more…. Maybe I can wear my work boots again… I have land that needs tending, so I don’t have the luxury of “resting.” There’s not much arch support for me (I have somewhat high arches), but I bought these to relieve pain in my heel. I also can’t speak on durability, but for the price and comfort, I’ve got no problem replacing them every couple months. I wish they’d make some magical thing for my fingers…. Using my hands without constantly flinching would be nice. But I’ll take this win. Hopefully I can resume daily walks with my dogs…. And my dogs! :) ... show more

This definitely helped in my job that can be as much as 50+ hours a week keeping me on my feet. It will get you through it, but it's no substitute for going to a pediatrist, and getting your feet molded for some lab-made orthotics.

I'm a cabin crewmember who is on my feet a lot for my job and I also suffer from Plantar fasciitis. Another colleague recommended these insoles and they are a life saver. They fit comfortably in both my sneakers and dress shoes. I do have custom made insoles from a podiatrist but they are expensive and my insurance only covers one pair a year. So, if you don't want to go to a podiatrist and pay hundreds of dollars for a custom made one, this is an awesome product. ... show more

Careful before you cut them try them in the boot mine were labeled as men's 8-12 women's 10-14 or something... The cut lines just said 10-14 I thought to myself they don't looks that big I tossed them in my size 11 Icon Elsinore motorcycle boots and they were the perfect size to a touch too small. I have had chronic foot problems for a long time, mostly pain due to arthritis. I have tried so many different insoles through the years but none of them helped much. My brother bought me a pair of these as a gift once and I didn't expect much from them but they turned out to be the most comfortable insoles I've ever used. They made a BIG difference with my foot pain. I have since torn out the "factory" insoles from all of my dress and athletic shoes and replaced them with these. I replace them once or twice a year, washing them 2 or 3 times during their lifespan as well. I am lucky not to be cursed with stinky feet but after using them every day they still need washing every now and then. ... show more
