Item came carefully packaged. I realized I wanted the combination of warm white in the chrome color. I contacted merosee customer support directly and they shipped me the replacement LED lights for a nominal charge which arrived in less than 7 days. We replaced all the led chips without much hassle in less than 2 hours. Due to the height of the ceiling, we had to hire someone else to fix it however, you could totally DIY. More than the product, I am impressed with the customer support that Merosee offered. This is a beautiful chandelier but after less than a month two of the pendants are already out. I contacted the seller and hopefully the seller resolves my issue promptly. Update: After contacting the Seller, he instructed me to use the included spare LED bulbs to replace the dead bulbs. He also included written instructions accompanied with pictures. Unfortunately the electrician that installed the chandelier for me did not give me any spare bulbs to keep. I explained this to the Seller and thankfully they FedExed to me many spare LED bulbs that arrived within a week. It was fairly easy to install. I love the look. It is the neatest light. Loved it so much I put bubble lights out front of my house and in the bathrooms. Anyway, it looks great, plenty bright and dimmable.

I loved this chandelier at first. It was gorgeous and I had several compliments every time I had company over. Unfortunately, the light fixture broke after less than 2 years. I had an electrician come over to double check and it was indeed the light fixture itself. I contacted Amazon customer service several times but unfortunately their hands were tied because of the timeframe involved. I also contacted Meerosee. I’ve read several comments that they were helpful in situations like mine. I haven’t heard back from them and it’s been over a week. So, despite it being beautiful, I have to give it one star. This a gorgeous chandelier. Modern yet delicate. The dimmer is an added value to this piece and make the room more sophisticated. It was hard to assemble because my husband had to cut through a few links to obtain the desired length. Worth all the trouble. After adjusting the links the assemble was a breeze. I am returning due to LED light, I thought this has 4000K LED but seems to me 5000K. Sorry Amazon, manufacturer didn’t mention about 3000K or 4000K or 5000K but after installation the LED is 5000K.
