UPDATE: The seller was quick to respond and offered a full refund. Great customer service! I would be willing to buy from them again. This flatiron worked great when I got it a couple months ago, but about three days ago it stopped heating up - the temperature numbers show up, but there’s no heat. My return window closed on June 1st, and I can’t find a way to let the seller know this product is defective. Would love to have a new one as long as I know it will last. I love the way the straightener makes my hair feel. It’s easy to use with my hands. It doesn’t take long to get hot. It looks fabulous. I took it traveling and it fit perfectly in my suitcase. It makes my hair look fabulous again easy to use. I like that it comes with the gloves so you don’t burn your fingers. I don’t really use the gloves but it’s there just in case, I love the packaging.
