Needed a vent that would release the air as I filled two barrels with emergency drinking water without spilling water all over when filled. Worked fine, allowing the air to escape as the two barrels filled. Once full, this valve stopped the water flow, keeping the garage dry.

    • Increase the flow velocity of water

If the test is successful, I will purchase a large quantity. I understand that water flow rate is critical for this exhaust valve. If the flow rate is too low, it will not exhaust and will leak water. Therefore, I need to test it before I can purchase a large quantity.

I used it for agricultural irrigation pipes, which effectively reduced air accumulation. Three months later, my water pipes did not burst. I purchased exhaust valves from other brands, but they did not seem to work as well as CBTLYSK's exhaust valves. In short, I will choose this brand of exhaust valve again next time. ... show more
