abunda_amazon_reviews This is a joke it's very bright but the same nits could be done on a 4k also you can't see the pixel difference unless your face is in a uncomfortable eyes on glass position, this can also be said about the 85inch so Samsung stop fooling with us tired of resolutions that are hard to see, just give us a decent fps and also as of now bandwidth can't handle it also have you tv people ever stop to think that ordinary people just can't afford high TV and where would you put them at those sizes and internet is so high so stop already and we all need to refuse to buy so you guys will quit forcing us to buy unnecessary stuff and I think I speak for everyone when I say we just want to watch TV! Update on these TV manfaturs, when they do this crazy stuff with TVs there adding more copy protection on there behalf which means you suffer forced to by new equipment that is compatible with your new TV and what you own you don't do be warned on what they are doing it's are enjoyment there messes with so don't get caught up or they won't stop leave the higher resolution in movie theaters not at home because we want to own what's in our home and have no restrictions on our equipment! Update for those who don't know hi-def is the aspect ratio of 16x9 and thats the most important part of what made 1080p so great not the pixiles so the only good technology is the hdr which would make 1080p look it's best so once again don't get fooled it's the hdr of today not any thing else they have done pixile wise so be a smart person not a smart tv trust me!;;Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Ridiculous,no excuse;;Jn;;;I did not purchase this TV through Amazon (went Samsung direct) but I want to leave some feedback. About 8K... You will need to go with something larger than a 75" to really notice a difference vs a good 4K tv. I have two 4K tvs in the house (1 is OLED, the other LCD) and in many cases they looked sharper than this TV. Where this TV excels is brightness... 2.5k-3.5k nits of "real world" brightness in Standard/Movie mode is impressive. Build quality of this unit is very good. It looks very nice and it "feels" well made. Light absorption and viewing angles are excellent! Great job here Samsung. I never saw my refection on this tv while watching. Now for the negatives. Samsung released this TV too soon. I've already received 2 updates in 2 weeks (kudos for the fast response) but the picture quality still leaves much to be desired. This TV has blooming/halos even on bright screens. Shows that should be dark (and are dark on our LG/Sony TVs) look washed out and at this time you can't tweak the image to fix it. Quite a few movies that I have watched have shown odd anomalies with objects that randomly glow for no reason or look like someone is shining a spotlight on them. Just know that you will be waiting for software updates that "may" fix these issues. Unfortunately I've run out of time and will be returning this set. One last positive.. the uniformity on the unit I received was fantastic. I've ordered the 82" 8K Q900 model twice (not from Amazon). The first tv ordered had a bent top-left edge of the screen. The leftmost 12 to 18 inches was bent about 1/4 inch, a very obvious bend. I returned the tv without turning it on. The second tv ordered had a defect in the screen electronics leading to a white line across the entire bottom of the tv. But background is still fuzzy like my old 4K 55" Sony. Sometime the grass in the back is still a green glob; lower quality video of the 70 is still blurred; U-tube 1950 documentary is still blurred ! After a few tweeks and minor adjustments I sat back and watched (in this order) some broadcast TV, couple of VCR tapes, a couple of DVDs, a small sampling of Blurays and lastly some home movies on flash drives. (I played the flash drive content through the Bluray player, not the TV's USB slots) The display is more than a little impressive. Standard definition content is made better, but not "wonderful". DVD content is made better by leaps and bounds and bluray looks flat-out AWESOME. (I've yet to buy any 4K bluray disks and it'll be a while till 8K disks come out, so no joy on THAT front....yet). The sound quality, using the TV's built in speakers is drab and nothing to write home about (a good AV system is recommended)....but the display......well... However, there are serious quality control issues, so I am giving 1 star for quality control (an average of 3 stars, but I'm removing an extra star for annoyance). The damage was clearly in manufacturing and not in shipment for both tvs. I would avoid ordering any new Samsung 8K tv until they fix their quality control issues.

Better than most
I have this TV for about 3 weeks now. Nicely built. The picture is better than anything I have seen including the Sony 75' Master series I tried for a week. Picture is well lit, vibrant color. Did see any pixel even a few inches from screen The fore front of picture is clear, woman skin is smooth and when they wear velvet it look like velvet . Audio is good. But background is still fuzzy like my old 4K 55" Sony. Sometime the grass in the back is still a green glob; lower quality video of the 70 is still blurred; U-tube 1950 documentary is still blurred ! Better than most TV now but it gives me a footstep to a 8K quality. May be Samsung will provide upgrades later through software.

Video WOW factor goes vertical.
I received my order and went to work adding it to the top of my home theater's display chain. IMHO, this thing ROCKS!

The best 65” TV you can buy.
Amazing TV! Looks great at a close viewing distance. I have this as the screen for my home theater and I sit about 6-8 feet away from the screen and it is the best TV picture I have ever seen. I previously had an LG OLED and this blows it away. I don’t know of 8K content but this makes 4K look even better. You also cannot see any pixels even up close looking for them. The power of this TV is in its processor. I use this as a gaming monitor connected to my XIDAX PC and it looks simply stunning. Looks better than my iMac 5K monitor and is extremely responsive
