Ok. So..... I began buying Zyllion shiatsu massagers years ago as a safe, non medical solution to serious spine pain. It's my GO TO, several times a day, every day! They are sturdy and dependable. I gave them as gifts including 6 of their new PEANUT portable massagers for Christmas! Now I own the newest RECHARGEABLE shiatsu back and neck massager. This should be great, no cords or plugs to deal with! Yea! Seems to work as efficiently as I tried it for the first time yesterday when it arrived. Same great product. 15 min sessions. I have purposed this massager in 2021. I used it very often like 5 or 6 times a day whenever i feel back pain or stiff. It always helped a lot. Until a couple of days ago it started broken where one of the kneading nodes was broken after hit ground hardly. I then contacted zyllion customer service and checked if i can just buy one kneading node. surprisingly the next day i got response back telling me that they will send it to me for free. A few days later two kneading nodes left in my mailbox. i replaced one and it started working smoothly again. Thank you Zyllion! Thank you for your quick response.
